    College Entrance Examination 2

On the day of the college entrance examination, I prayed for leave to accompany Zhao Hongyin, because it was very quiet here and allowed him to spend the past few days peacefully.

“Mom, I brought you the most famous gourd chicken in our store. Please try it.”

Qi Wang held a bowl of soup in his hand. The looming chicken in the soup really looked like a gourd. Zhao Hongyin sat cross-legged on the hospital bed and opened his mouth to take the spoonful of soup he had scooped up. It was still shiny with oil. He frowned and turned his head away, refusing to take another sip.

Qi Wang didn’t force her, he just silently put away the lunch box, wetted the towel and gently wiped her exposed skin. During this period, Zhao Hongyin resisted and did not struggle, just like a puppet, letting him control her.

This is the best situation. If she encounters a situation where she loses control of her emotions, two wishes will not be able to catch her.

Hoping to leave with the sun, the street was full of pedestrians, holding pencil cases in their hands. When he was dejected, a person hugged him from behind.

Qi Wang was startled, and Liang Qian’s smiling face flashed across his face, and he said excitedly: “What’s wrong? You’re so depressed. Let’s go. I’ll treat you to dinner to celebrate my complete success on the first day of the college entrance examination.”

“No, you are so pressed for time, you’d better go home and read more.”

Liang Qian curled his hands on the back of his head and said helplessly: “I have been reading books for more than ten years. I have memorized everything that should be memorized. It is useless to read the things that should not be memorized.”

Liang Qian raised his eyebrows at him and said excitedly: “I’m not even worried, so don’t worry and let’s go.”

Liang Qian invited him to dinner at a barbecue stall in the alley next to the school. The stall owner was a clean person, a middle-aged woman who looked to be over fifty years old. Even a small stall was well organized. Seeing that Liang Qian came to patronize her business again, she enthusiastically arranged the quietest and cleanest table for him and gave him two wings.

“This is for you. Eat slowly and I won’t disturb you.”

The stall owner was very busy, and his business was even better than that of the shop next door.

“Why didn’t you go to work today?”

Liang Qian was eating and suddenly remembered that he should be working the night shift at this time and should not be on the street. Qi Wang lowered his head and hesitated before answering him: “I went to the hospital to see my mother.”

“Auntie is still in the hospital. I’ll go see her after the exam is over.”

Hope became nervous for a moment and stammered: “No… no need, my mother needs to rest and it’s not convenient for others to disturb her.”

Liang Qian’s face suddenly fell and he said angrily: “I treat you as a friend, but you treat me as an outsider.”

Seeing that he didn’t answer, she saw his concerns and promised: “Don’t worry, I’m just going to visit, I won’t talk too much.”

Seeing that he looked like he wouldn’t give up until he could go, Qi Wang lowered his head nervously and said, “My mother is in the second hospital.”

He clearly felt that the air was stagnant for a second. Before he raised his head, he heard Liang Qian say in the same tone and timbre as usual: “Then do you know what flowers Auntie likes? I can’t go empty-handed.”

Qi Wang didn’t expect him to ask this question, and said blankly: “My mother used to like gardenias the most.”

“Okay, I’ll wrap the most beautiful bouquet of gardenias for auntie then.”

After Liang Qian finished speaking, he lowered his head and began to string skewers. Looking at him who was eating a little rough, his heart sank, and all his thoughts came together into one sentence: “Thank you.”

The sound was not loud, and was submerged in the cries of hawkers, the sound of water flowing in the alley, and even the sound of footsteps. He was overjoyed. This long and winding alley had a pool of water flowing out from time to time. The white clouds in the sky were pulled in by it, causing ripples.

With a smile on her lips, Qi Wang didn’t have to hide it in front of him for the first time. Suddenly she saw the screensaver on his phone, which was a photo of him and another person, and asked, “Have you found the person you said you were looking for last time?”

Liang Qian let out a long sigh, but before he could speak, Qi Wang blocked his mouth with his hand and said anxiously: “Don’t sigh on days like this, as good luck will slip away.”

“Then I suck it back?” Liang Qian took another long breath and swallowed it. His mouth was full of barbecue flavor, and the two of them laughed.

“No,” Liang Qian’s expression did not look as interested as before, and he added, “We have tried our best to figure out where the person is hidden. We have even arranged people in the surrounding cities, but there is still no news at all.”

“Is this the person on your phone?”

Qi Wang tapped his phone with his chin, and the phone lit up, revealing a photo of the two of them.Shen Luo was wearing a school uniform T-shirt, and his face was painted with cat makeup made by Liang Qian’s pen and ink. Shen Luo was so angry that he grabbed his neck and used the remaining black ink to draw the character “王” on his forehead. This scene during the fight happened to be photographed by his classmates. Liang Qian thought it was very handsome and asked him to come over.

“Yes, it’s him. His name is Shen Luo. He is my childhood friend. In the words of girls, he is a close friend of his.” Liang Qian said this with pride in his eyes, but this person has been missing for more than a month and almost two months.

After drinking and eating, he put him in the car before going back. Passing by the flower shop, he could only smell the fragrance of flowers and the words “Suspended” on the rolling shutter door. He didn’t leave until the smell of barbecue on his body was suppressed.

Liang Qian’s head was groggy when he got home. Liang Zheng looked at him looking so hopeless and couldn’t help but wanted to kick him, but because he was now a giant panda in the college entrance examination, he endured it.

“Why haven’t you seen Xiao Luo these days? How did he do in the exam?”

The fruits on the table were all freshly cut. Guo Rui pinched a grape and put it into his mouth. Liang Qian leaned back on the sofa and said unbelievingly: “Who is your biological son? You don’t care about how your biological son did in the exam, but you care about how he did in the exam. I feel very sad and disappointed.”

“Both of you are my biological sons, and I can care about whoever I want to care about,” Guo Rui said.

Liang Qian waved his little hand, stood up blankly, and boasted: “Of course, who are we? We took the God Test in the first high school.”

After saying that, he ran back to the room without giving them a chance to continue asking.

After returning to the room, he still had a phone call with An Yu first. He was still being treated more strictly than a prisoner there, and he was escorted to and from the exam by a dedicated person, leaving him no chance to escape.

After a short conversation, it became clear that the other party still had no news, so he didn’t bother to talk anymore, so he hung up the phone and prepared for tomorrow’s exam.
