Jin Mo and Xu Jiahao sat side by side, waiting for dinner to be served.

Pei Qingqing was immediately shocked.

“Really?”

As she spoke, she walked to the slightly ajar door, pulling it open a crack to look outside.

Just as Ruan Ying had said, it was pitch black outside, with only one or two small emergency lights near the floor emitting faint light.

She retreated and walked to Ruan Ying’s side.
