    Wu Xinshen’s Complaint

    Wu Xinshen’s Complaint

    “I… didn’t… didn’t I?”

Wu Xinshen couldn’t bring himself to say those words. He stood up and slowly walked to Wu Xinming’s side, his eyes filled with self-reproach. He cautiously reached out and tentatively hugged Wu Xinming, who returned the embrace.

Wu Xinming cried even harder in Wu Xinshen’s arms, soaking Wu Xinshen’s shirt. He choked out, “Brother, can you rely on me too from now on? Don’t hide things from me anymore. My heart is really tired, so tired.”

“Okay,” Wu Xinshen replied. At that moment, the boy who was younger than them by a few minutes had become an adult in their hearts, an adult he could rely on.

The rift between the two brothers was finally resolved that night.

The rift was resolved, but the competition continued. In the next game, Qing Lu still replaced Luo Yan. Learning from the previous game’s mistake, Qing Lu played cautiously and successfully shut out the opponent.

“Brother Zhu Zi, I can really retire,” Luo Yan said jokingly from below, watching the match.

“You? Don’t even think about it. You’re not leaving the arena until you’ve worked like a horse for SY for another five or six years!” Zhu Zi pushed Luo Yan playfully.

Luo Yan said those words entirely because of his hand injury. Even though he liked to slack off during training, and occasionally led the new members astray, Luo Yan would always be the Luo Yan who yearned for the arena.

“Alright, I’ll continue to work like a horse for SY,” Luo Yan said with a grin, standing up and grabbing the water glass next to him. His eyes shone with light and longing as he looked at the arena. “Let’s go, Brother Zhu Zi, let’s go give SY a verbal congratulation for their first shutout in this year’s World Championship!”

“Brother, congratulations on the shutout!” Luo Yan gave Cen Xi a big hug.

“Someone’s captain, the shutout isn’t just Xi Xue’s credit,” Wu Xinming sighed deeply. “What do we do if the captain only has his boyfriend in his eyes?”

The sentence made everyone burst into laughter.

“You figure it out, Xinming,” the mischievous Luo Yan stuck out his tongue and made a “nyah nyah” face at Wu Xinming.

“Okay, okay, okay,” Wu Xinming said, pretending to be angry. But when he turned to look at Wu Xinshen, his eyes were curved in a smile. “I have a brother too, and he’s my own flesh and blood.”

“Brother, come give your beloved brother a reward hug!” Wu Xinming opened his arms to Wu Xinshen, and didn’t forget to ask Qing Lu for her opinion. “Little sister-in-law, you shouldn’t mind, right?”

“I don’t,” Qing Lu said, releasing Wu Xinshen’s hand and pushing him towards Wu Xinming.

This younger brother was hopeless. Wu Xinshen originally closed his eyes, wanting to ignore Wu Xinming’s words, but his wife had given the order, so he could only reluctantly hug Wu Xinming.

“Be normal next time!” He also warned Wu Xinming.

“Brother, you don’t love me anymore,” Wu Xinming said in a low voice, not knowing if he was serious or pretending.

Those words made Wu Xinshen panic. They had just “made up,” and he couldn’t let anything else happen. He tightened his grip.

“Brother, I’m your brother. There’s no need to use the moves you use to prove your love to little sister-in-law on me. If you want to prove your love for me, you might as well…” Wu Xinming stopped, thinking about the words he was about to say, and couldn’t help but burst into laughter. “Hahaha… you might as well call me dad… hahaha…”

“I think you’re asking for a beating!” Wu Xinshen pushed Wu Xinming away, and Wu Xinming quickly ran away. But the chase he had imagined didn’t come. He stopped and looked at Wu Xinshen, only to see his brother pick up his phone and shake it, looking at him with disdain. Then, he took Qing Lu’s hand and sat down face-to-face with Cen Xi and Luo Yan.

A bad premonition welled up in his heart. The phone rang. Wu Xinming pulled out his phone and saw his mother’s husband…

He tremblingly answered the phone. “Wu Xinming, you told your brother to call you dad? Your dad is still alive!”

At the same time, a message from Wu Xinshen popped up on his phone, a screenshot of Wu Xinshen and his dad’s chat history, and…

I’ve told him the specific situation. Good luck to you. (Smile)

Who wanted to be told like this!!!
