    The Little Devil in Emotion

    The Little Devil in Emotion

Seeing Luo Yan remaining silent, Cen Xi stepped forward and hugged him, “I must be a very unqualified boyfriend, not even knowing why my own boyfriend is angry and unhappy.”

“You’re not unqualified.” Luo Yan muffled, unable to bear Cen Xi saying bad things about himself, “It’s me wanting too much. Brother, tonight I’m a little jealous.”

    “Why?”

“They all got apology gifts, but I didn’t. I want one too.” After saying it, Luo Yan buried his face directly into Cen Xi’s chest, not letting Cen Xi look at him. He felt really awkward.

Cen Xi’s hands holding Luo Yan suddenly stiffened. He began to reflect, realizing he had taken Luo Yan’s kindness towards him too much for granted.

For granted, Yan Bao will forgive me…

So, just apologize to Yan Bao…

Coaxing Yan Bao, analyzing specific problems specifically is just my excuse…

He was only relying on Luo Yan’s soft heart to get his forgiveness.

“Yan Bao, it’s my fault. You’re not wanting too much, it’s me not giving enough.”

Cen Xi’s stiff hands hugged Luo Yan tightly. Once some things become taken for granted, future friction will increase, and cracks will gradually appear in the relationship.

“Then when are you going to give me my apology gift?”

One sentence pulled Cen Xi back from the abyss of his own thoughts.

In many instances, Cen Xi always thinks too much, creating barriers between himself and Luo Yan in his heart. But Luo Yan always uses simple words to break down these barriers completely.

“What do you want?” Cen Xi asked, looking into Luo Yan’s eyes. He saw a gentle version of himself reflected in Luo Yan’s eyes, as if the cowardly self had never appeared.

Luo Yan stood on tiptoe and kissed Cen Xi’s cheek, “Brother, do you have training tomorrow morning?”

The training had been quite relaxed these past few days. Zhu Zi, with the nice-sounding excuse that they had just finished a competition and needed a combination of work and rest to relax, had arranged for everyone at SY to arrange their own morning training time. They could do whatever they wanted, and only in the afternoon would they return to the intense training schedule.

Cen Xi shook his head, his brows furrowed, thinking about the meaning of Luo Yan’s words. Wasn’t he talking about an apology gift? Does he want me to go out and play with him?

“That’s good.” Luo Yan pushed Cen Xi away and touched his pocket. The things he secretly bought at the supermarket were still there. His brother should be able to recover after resting for a morning, right…?

Luo Yan sized Cen Xi up and down, his mind full of uncertainty.

“What are you thinking about?” Cen Xi flicked Luo Yan’s forehead. He felt that Luo Yan was thinking about some strange things, but he had no proof, so he tried to bring the topic back, “Yan Bao, what do you want?”

    I want you!

That’s what Luo Yan thought in his heart, but the words he said were, “Brother, think for yourself. Who asks someone what they want when giving a gift?”

After all, saying what’s on his mind would make him seem very unreserved, and he wasn’t an unreserved person. He was a person of principle.

    The principle is… Cen Xi.

“You’re right.” Cen Xi felt apologetic. “I wasn’t considerate enough, Yan Bao.”

“It’s good that you know. I’m going to the room to wait for you, Brother. Come back and rest early!”

Luo Yan went to the room, while Cen Xi was still there, racking his brain about what gift to give Luo Yan.

He had made Luo Yan angry many times, so he couldn’t just give one gift. He had to give more to make up for the past, and today’s incident had to be included.

A flash of inspiration came to him, and Cen Xi picked up his phone and called his experienced brother-in-law.
