Chapter 12 Pampering

Xie YunChuan was very satisfied with his masterpiece, which provided warmth without being too bulky.

From a distance, beside two tall, strong, and capable men stood a… little snowball? The style was strangely harmonious.

“Shuyou, be good. You’re not a burden to anyone. It’s my choice to bring you along. Isn’t it only natural for you to rely on your husband? Don’t feel indebted. Don’t be upset, okay? Tomorrow, we’ll go out by ourselves and not go with him.”

“No, I’m not upset. Let’s still go with him. More people mean more security. At worst, we’ll give him a bigger share of what we find.”

“Okay, I’ll listen to you.”

“Are we going out again tomorrow?”

Xie YunChuan blurted out without thinking, “Yes. The power is out, and we can’t keep outsiders away. We need to prepare as many supplies as possible before people from outside come in, or those things won’t be waiting nicely for us to take them when they find this place.”

Lu Yunzhou thought so too.
