Chapter 64 “I Pushed Him”
Gu Yusen waited for Chu Zhaoyi for so long and he still didn’t come back, he sobered up from the alcohol. He didn’t know what he was thinking, letting such a small thing who couldn’t even take care of himself come to pick him up.
He couldn’t wait. The hangover soup he drank before Chu Zhaoyi arrived seemed to be working a little, and he wasn’t so dizzy anymore.
He pushed open the door and saw Chu Zhaoyi’s thin back. The weather in October was still a bit cool at night, and Chu Zhaoyi came out in a short-sleeved shirt in the middle of the night, not taking care of himself at all.
“Chu Jiaojiao, why didn’t you come back after going to the bathroom? What are you doing?” Gu Yusen muttered.
Hearing the sound, Chu Zhaoyi turned his head. Seeing Gu Yusen come out, he felt a little guilty, and unconsciously clenched his hands hanging by his sides.
He didn’t have much worldly morality.
He regarded Zhang Xuan’s provocation as an offense to himself; he couldn’t tolerate Zhang Xuan’s coveting Gu Yusen even more. Therefore, he did what he thought was right, without hesitation or fear.
Zhang Xuan provoked him first, and Zhang Xuan wanted to try to take Brother Sanmu even though he was not good enough
He didn’t think he was wrong, and none of his actions were enough to make him afraid, until he saw Gu Yusen.
A rare emotion similar to fear arose in his heart.
Gu Yusen understood Chu Zhaoyi. Seeing him like this, he knew that this person had done something bad. But when he saw Zhang Xuan lying unconscious at the bottom of the stairs, he realized something was wrong.
“Chu Zhaoyi! What’s going on?” Gu Yusen was startled. Fortunately, the stairs weren’t long, and he estimated that falling down wouldn’t be a big deal.
Did Zhang Xuan accidentally fall down himself?
Just as this guess arose, he heard Chu Zhaoyi’s voice in his ear.
“I pushed him.”
Gu Yusen frowned, his eyes fell on Chu Zhaoyi’s face. He even wondered if he had misheard. In his eyes, Chu Zhaoyi was just a slightly autistic young man who didn’t like to communicate with people and only liked to draw.
How could he do such a thing?
Even though Professor Qin and Mason had repeatedly told him to pay attention to Chu Zhaoyi’s behavior to prevent him from doing something antisocial and going down a road of no return.
But Gu Yusen never took it seriously. In his eyes, Chu Zhaoyi was just a well-behaved teenager.
So when Chu Zhaoyi personally admitted this matter, he still felt it was unreasonable.
Gu Yusen didn’t say anything, and directly called 120 first. Then, he called another assistant of his and asked him to come over to deal with it. After thinking about it, he called Zheng Qi again.
After doing all this, he breathed a sigh of relief and went downstairs to simply check Zhang Xuan’s condition.
It looked like only his limbs were bruised. He focused on his head. Zhang Xuan was a smart person and subconsciously protected his head when he fell, so there were no obvious problems.
Chu Zhaoyi saw Gu Yusen squatting beside Zhang Xuan, and pouted unhappily.
“Brother Sanmu, are you angry with me?”
Gu Yusen usually had a smile on his face, making him look like an approachable young man, especially when facing Chu Zhaoyi.
This was the first time he had pulled a long face at Chu Zhaoyi.
“Chu Zhaoyi, did you push him? Why?”
He thought he would get an answer, such as they had a conflict just now, it was an accident, or something else.
But what he got was Chu Zhaoyi’s simple three words.
“Hate him.”
Just because he hated him, he had to do this kind of hurtful behavior?
Indeed, in their circle, a person with no status at home and very poor, even if they lost their life, they would have plenty of ways to get away with it.
But
This kind of behavior itself is wrong.
