Chapter 2 “Who Told You to Come In?”

Gu Yusen didn’t like the nickname “San Mu,” but under his mother’s influence, most of the people close to him called him that, which annoyed him to no end.

But when those two words came from Chu Zhaoyi’s mouth, they sounded exceptionally pleasant. Gu Yusen found everything about the young man agreeable.

Gu Yusen brought him to his home. A few days ago, when he learned that a little brother was coming to his family, he didn’t feel much, but now that he saw the person, it felt real.

His parents were on a business trip these past two days, leaving the task of taking care of the new brother entirely to him. He thought that since this person studied painting, he set up a studio for him next to the bedroom.

Actually, he didn’t have to worry about anything; his father had already explained everything.

He just needed to bring the person back.

“This is your bedroom, and across from it is mine, but I don’t really like people entering my bedroom. If you need anything, call me,” Gu Yusen said, word by word, as he led the person to the bedroom door, holding the new phone he bought for the young man. It already had the contact information for their family saved.

Chu Zhaoyi stared at Gu Yusen’s mouth as it opened and closed. After he finished speaking, he reached out and touched his arm. When he saw the other’s gaze land on him, he pointed to his own ears.

    Couldn’t hear.

Gu Yusen choked. Forgive him for not being used to communicating with a hearing-impaired youth. He’d pay attention next time.

He had no choice but to take out his phone and type out what he wanted to say, word by word, and hold it in front of the young man. Chu Zhaoyi glanced at it and then looked away, obediently nodding.

Gu Yusen was puzzled. Did he see it so quickly? Did he look carefully?

    Oh well.

“I’ll go downstairs to pour you a glass of water. You go to the bedroom and rest for a while, put down your things,” Gu Yusen continued typing. This time, Chu Zhaoyi looked at it for a long time before slowly nodding and hugging his backpack. This was all the luggage he had. It was hard to imagine that the young man had so few belongings when changing residences.

Gu Yusen opened the bedroom door for him and then turned around to go downstairs to pour water for him.

    A pretty youth, very obedient.

Gu Yusen poured a glass of water and returned, knocking on Chu Zhaoyi’s bedroom door, but found no sound inside. Thinking about his autism, he felt a rare pang of panic.

He heard that Chu Zhaoyi’s autism was accompanied by severe self-destructive tendencies, so his parents almost never dared to leave him alone.

Damn it, how could he have forgotten about this?

Mainly, the young man’s behavior was just too… normal.

Gu Yusen didn’t care about etiquette and pushed the door open directly. “Chu Zhaoyi?”

There weren’t many pieces of furniture in the bedroom. The plan was to add things according to his own preferences after the young man arrived, so Gu Yusen could see at a glance from the door that there was no one inside.

    Not a single figure.

Gu Yusen frowned, put the water glass on the table, and turned to leave to find him in other rooms. At the same time, his hand was already dialing his assistant’s phone. Calling the family doctor first wouldn’t be wrong.

    He found the person quickly.

Gu Yusen felt that, with his instructions, the seemingly well-behaved youth would not enter his bedroom.

But when he saw Chu Zhaoyi sitting in the center of his bed, looking up at the doorway with an innocent face,

    His lips twitched fiercely.

“Who told you to come into my bedroom?” Gu Yusen wasn’t known for his good temper. Due to his excessively severe “Yankong” attribute, he hadn’t said a harsh word since the first time he met the youth, and had been unusually kind to someone he’d just met.

This didn’t mean he could tolerate someone daring to invade his territory,

Especially after he had repeatedly told him not to.

And so, Chu Zhaoyi was thrown out by Gu Yusen, who grabbed him by the collar.
