Chapter 172: “Didn’t Get Enough”

The two messed around all night, and in the end, Chu Zhaoyi couldn’t take it anymore and bit Gu Yusen’s face hard. This time, it wasn’t just a casual bite like before.

He was really furious.

This was the only thought left in Chu Zhaoyi’s mind after he passed out.

Chu Zhaoyi slept straight through until noon the next day. It wasn’t a natural awakening; he was woken up by a pre-set alarm.

Gu Yusen had tidied up the room a bit, so it wasn’t as chaotic as last night.

Chu Zhaoyi wasn’t sure if it was his imagination, but he still felt a lingering… scent.

He tried to turn over, but his whole body felt like it had been run over. Especially his waist and shoulders, which were so sore that he couldn’t help but gasp.

“Hiss…” He frowned, unable to even lift his arms, his mind a mess. Fragments of last night’s memories flooded back, especially the scene where he bit Gu Yusen in exasperation. Just thinking about it made him angry!

“Awake?” Gu Yusen’s voice came from the side, filled with a hint of cautiousness, acknowledging his guilt.

Chu Zhaoyi turned his head and saw Gu Yusen sitting by the bed, holding a glass of warm water in his hand, a clearly guilty expression on his face. There was still a clear tooth mark on his cheek, red and looking a bit comical.

Chu Zhaoyi glared at him and, unhappy, burrowed into the blanket, refusing to show his head. A muffled voice came from inside, “I hate you!”

His throat wasn’t too sore. Gu Yusen was afraid he would get dehydrated, so he had been feeding him water every so often.

Gu Yusen chuckled dryly, handed over the glass of water, and pulled Chu Zhaoyi’s head out of the blanket. “Drink some water. Want to have lunch and sleep some more? Didn’t you get enough rest?”

Chu Zhaoyi didn’t take the water, just looked at him, his eyes full of accusation.

Gu Yusen felt a little unnerved by his gaze and quickly put down the glass, reaching out to massage his waist. “Does your waist hurt? I’ll rub it for you.”

As soon as his hand touched Chu Zhaoyi’s waist, Chu Zhaoyi couldn’t help but hiss, frowning even more. Gu Yusen immediately lightened his touch, his fingertips carefully circling his sore muscles.

“It hurts,” Chu Zhaoyi said, his voice tinged with complaint. Perhaps he was feeling wronged, he leaned his head towards the culprit’s embrace.

“Okay, okay, I’ll be gentler,” Gu Yusen replied quickly, softening the pressure of his hands even more. He had been afraid that Chu Zhaoyi would be uncomfortable in the morning, so he had taken advantage of him being asleep to rub his waist, but he didn’t expect him to still be so uncomfortable.

The room was quiet for a while, with only the sound of Gu Yusen’s gentle massage. Chu Zhaoyi closed his eyes, letting him serve him, and after a long while, he muttered in a low voice, “Were you doing it on purpose last night?”

Gu Yusen’s hand paused, then he chuckled dryly, “No way, I just… couldn’t control myself.”

Actually, he had been very restrained! Knowing that Chu Zhaoyi’s body wasn’t in good shape, he didn’t dare use too much force, and he had tried his best to make him comfortable. But the ungrateful Chu Zhaoyi wanted to pack up and go to sleep.
