Chapter Index

    Restore memory

The aircraft and starship docked after forty minutes. Ryan and Xichen led the female team to escort the male insects to the rest area on the second floor.

The exhausted male was finally able to rest, fell down on the soft bed and slept in darkness.

Felix rubbed his sore temples and lay on Ryan’s small bed, surrounded by the smell of female insects, but he did not sleep peacefully.

The closer he got to the front line, the more depressed he became, and he even fell asleep many times. When he opened his eyes, he saw Ryan lying on the bedside secretly wiping tears.

“Ryan?” Felix struggled to sit up on the bed, his mind turbulent, as if his soul was being sucked into the laundry bucket, his eyes blurred, and fragmented pictures flashed before his eyes.

“Hero!” Ryan quickly supported Felix, his eyebrows worried, “The military doctor said you have a slight fever. You have been comatose for two days. Do you want to eat something?”

Felix’s eyes were closed tightly, his eyebrows were twisted into the character “Chuan”, his lips were slightly pursed, and his forehead was covered with cold sweat, as if he was enduring great pain.

“Hero?!” Ryan exclaimed, and quickly wanted to call someone, but Felix held his wrist, and a broken hoarse voice escaped from his throat: “No… use.”

Felix exhaled, with deep eyes, handed the optical brain to Ryan, and whispered: “Contact Alec.”

Ryan didn’t know why, but he didn’t dare to delay. He quickly dialed Alec’s communication and handed it to Felix. He looked at his pale face and scarlet eyes.

“Master, can you let the military female escort you away?”

Felix shook his head and smiled weakly: “We have reached the range of planet N342. Now go back… isn’t it unbearable?”

“I’m really fine,” Felix patted his hand, “I just remembered some past events.”

The communication was connected, and Alec appeared on the projection. Seeing Felix’s pale face, he slammed the table and stood up: “Are you injured?!”

“No,” Felix interrupted his question, holding back the surge of mental energy and speaking quickly, “Go to the palace to find the male and female fathers.”

Aleck agreed immediately, ran onto the aircraft, wiped his sweat and slumped on the chair, suddenly realizing something was wrong.

He frowned and thought for a moment. From the corner of his eye, he caught a glimpse of the pale and weak male insect with a joking smile. His eyes suddenly widened: “You…you have recovered your memory?!”

This expression is so familiar to him!

Felix in memory is even more troublesome than Felix who has lost his memory!

“Almost I remember everything,” Felix snuggled in Ryan’s arms and joked feebly with his eyes closed: “I also remember the fact that you still owe me three hundred insect coins.”

Alek: “…” Gan!Sure enough, it’s still as annoying as ever!

He complained in his heart, but his face showed uncontrollable joy: “How do you feel now? Do I need to take you back?”

“It’s not necessary at the moment.” Felix paused for a moment. When the dizziness in his mind passed, he sat up and leaned on Ryan’s shoulder, looking weak and unable to take care of himself. “Can you hurry up? It’s been so long and you haven’t arrived at the palace yet?”

    Alek: “…shut up!”

He looked impatient and urged the driver, the female driver, and rolled his eyes at Felix angrily: “It’s already very fast. You don’t know the speed limit in the city.”

Felix rolled his eyes in return, held Ryan’s hand, and sipped the warm milk. He remembered the nutrient solution again and asked him how he handled it.

“Bowa personally went to the front line to deliver supplies. You just need to take the male worms to clean up all the nutrient solution,” Alek said. “The marshal took action to deal with a batch of female worms, but the mastermind behind the scenes has no clue yet.”

“The Trent family hasn’t made any big moves yet. Adam has already started to collect evidence.” After Alec rambled on about the major events that happened these days, he couldn’t help complaining: “Did you do it on purpose? You left the mess to me and ran so far away.”

Felix drank the last sip of milk and felt a little warmer. He lay on Ryan’s body and didn’t want to move, and didn’t talk to Alec anymore.

“Master, do you want something to eat?” Ryan held a fork, put a piece of cake to Felix’s lips, watched him bite it off, and finally a smile appeared on his lips.

After eating half of the small cake, Alec finally entered the palace through the levels. The decoration inside the palace flashed by, and Alec went directly to Simon’s bedroom.

Noah clenched his fists nervously, and when he saw Alec arriving, his eyes lit up and he hurried forward to meet him.

    “Alek!”

Alec responded, handed the optical brain to Noah, and nodded slightly: “Marshal, this is…your highness.”

“Felix,” Noah choked, clutching his chest, pursed his lips tightly, and his words turned into tears, “Are you hurt?”

“No,” Felix sat up from Ryan’s arms and turned slightly to show himself, “I haven’t left the aircraft yet, how can I be hurt.”

Noah had tears in his eyes. Simon gently held his shoulders and looked at the grown-up little boy on the projection. The tip of his nose was red and he pressed his eyes uncomfortably.

“Hello, Your Majesty,” Felix stopped calling the male father at this time, “How is the female father?”

Simon glared at him: “Very good!”

Felix smiled and suddenly said seriously: “Father Xiong, do you still remember when I disappeared?”

“Remember,” Simon lowered his eyes and thought for a long time, then asked, “I have been wondering, how did you escape back then?”

The palace was heavily guarded, and he never gave Felix any privileges. He could not mobilize the military women in the palace, so someone had to take him away.

Maybe there were very few military females approaching His Highness. It was not that he had never suspected the aristocratic family and the new rich, but no matter how he investigated, there was only one result – His Highness ran away himself.

He couldn’t accept this result, but Felix’s disappearance was a fact. Over the years, he would always wake up late at night, and then fall into regret and self-blame.

If only he could be more patient, would his male son…

“Of course I didn’t run away on my own,” Felix said with a look of disgust, “Who told you that I ran away on my own? Do I look stupid?”

Simon’s self-blame stopped abruptly, and he stared at Xiongzi opposite the projection, his chest heaving violently, and the veins on his forehead beating: “How can you still disappear if you’re not stupid? You idiot!”

Felix: “…You are even more stupid! After all these years, have you never doubted Aloa, the leader of the escort?!”

After Aloa retired from the First Legion, he accepted the position of leader of the escort. Although he did many unreasonable things later, his achievements are undeniable.

Simon and Noah looked at each other, and then looked at Felix at the same time: “Tell me, what happened back then?”

“Aloa’s male eggs were still there, but the Male Protection Association was the head of the Lucas family. The head of the Lucas family threatened him with the male eggs and asked him to take me away from the palace.”

Felix slowly recalled the blurred memory: “After he took me away, he filled me with a lot of nutrient solution and told me not to resist, he would find time to save me.”

“You just followed him obediently?” Simon frowned, with an expression on his face like “Why did I give birth to such an idiot like you?” “You just listened to him and didn’t resist?”

“Your Majesty!” Felix interrupted him angrily, “Can you hear me out?”

Simon looked disgusted, waved his hands and said angrily: “You tell me!”

“He bribed the female who took care of me to swallow a large amount of sleeping pills for me. When he took me away, I was already unconscious.” The more Felix thought about it, the angrier he became. He gritted his teeth and reprimanded: “The female father worked hard outside, and you can’t even look at the cubs!”

Simon had nothing to say, and he hummed with a sullen face: “Tell me the important point!”

“The point is that you can’t even look at the kid!”

Seeing that the two were about to quarrel again, Noah quickly jumped out to smooth things over: “Your Highness looks like he has lost weight. Is he too tired from the front line?”

Ryan’s expression was tense. After hearing this, he straightened his back suddenly and said seriously as if reporting official business: “Marshal, it’s all my fault. I will try my best to take good care of the hero and let him eat well!”

Seeing that the topic was getting more and more skewed, Alec had to jump out and bring the topic back on track: “Marshal, Your Majesty, should we ask how your Highness disappeared?”

Felix was silent for a moment, then continued: “After I was sent outside the palace, I met the head of the Lucas family and his son Weiser.”

Simon frowned: “Weizer? Lucas handed you over to him?”

“Yes,” Felix nodded, “Weize didn’t have the guts to kill me, so he took me to the Trent family and conspired with Trent, who was not the head of the family at the time, to dump me on the supply cabin.”

“When Aloya got the news, I was no longer on the capital planet,” Felix paused for a moment and said, “Aroya told you that I ran away alone because of what Wiese and Trent meant.”

Noah’s face was full of anger, and his always gentle face was cast into a gloom: “Adjutant, go investigate whether the nutritional supplements have anything to do with Aloa.”

The adjutant took the order and left. Felix continued: “That batch of supplies was for the N342 star. But just as we entered the range of the N342 star, the supply starship suddenly hit the wormhole. I went through the wormhole to a different world.”

Noah suddenly held Simon’s hand: “My lord, this is the day when your necklace loses contact.”

“A necklace?” Felix subconsciously touched his empty neck, “A cylinder and a… wing?”

“It’s the insect wing,” Simon said in a deep voice, “the insect wing and the scepter.”

“Noah and I have injected a lot of spiritual power into it, which can save your life at the critical moment.” Simon looked at him with complicated eyes, “I thought you were… gone.”

“It’s all over,” Felix rarely said anything back. He avoided his eyes and said softly, “I’m not living well now.”

“Alec, go and lead people to investigate the Trent family and the Lucas family,” Simon tilted his head, suppressed the moisture in his eyes, and took a deep breath, “then invite the head of the Lucas family.”

Alec nodded, glanced at his head, and said hesitantly: “Your Majesty, how about… you contact Felix yourself?”

Simon glanced at Felix with a look of disgust on his face: “Forget it, let’s wait until he comes back from the front line.”

“Wait!” Felix suddenly thought of something. He took out the nutrient solution brought from the military headquarters from his pocket and said, “Let Adam pay attention to the female insects involved in the production line. The nutrient solution is mixed with highly contaminated wild vegetables. There should not be many female insects that can come into contact with this thing.”

    “Okay, I get it.”

    “And…”

“Can’t you finish it all at once?” Simon stood aside with his hands behind his back and said “tsk” in a moderate tone, “It’s so annoying.”

Felix was too lazy to argue with the old bugs, rolled his eyes and continued: “The nutrient solution should be on the front line first, and send the nutrient solution to the academy. The few males who are sent back will know how to deal with it.”

“Okay,” Alek wiped his face, feeling that the task was arduous, “You should pay more attention on the front line and contact us at any time.”

The communication was hung up. Felix sat up and turned to look out the window. The starship was sailing into port N342. Looking down from mid-air, he could see many huge bodies.

    “What’s that?” Felix asked.

“It’s the body of the Booker.” Ryan closed the window calmly, turned on the light in the room, and stroked Felix’s back. “It’s okay. It’s safe inside N342.”

Felix didn’t say anything. He hugged Ryan with his backhand, buried his face in his chest, and covered the part where the insect wings were lost with his palms. His voice was muffled and a little dissatisfied: “You are already injured, why do you want to come to the front line?”

“The military females on the N342 star have just replaced a group of military females. The military females who are rioting in the spiritual sea have not had time to leave.” He picked up the male insects’ hair and rubbed it gently. “It’s just that they can’t go to the battlefield and can’t command them. I’ve been here for a few years and I’m familiar with the layout here.”

“And we are just supporting,” Ryan pressed his fingertips on the male’s ear and chuckled: “N320 to N370 have independent defensive covers. We only need to support them until the protective covers are repaired.”

Banxia novel, a lot of fun
