Chapter 93: Why Are You Everywhere?

The next morning, before the sun had even risen, Zhou Zhou got up, washed, and changed.

He had already packed his luggage last night, ready to leave for the airport at any time.

“Goddess, don’t go.” Qu Minghui reached out into the void with his eyes closed, murmuring.

Zhou Zhou glanced at him, sighing inwardly that he deserved to be the male lead’s delicate and sweet wife, becoming the dream lover of thousands of young men.

After a moment of silence, the dormitory was once again filled with thunderous snores. He tiptoed out the door with his suitcase, not waking anyone.

In the taxi to the airport, Fang Zhi called, giving him various instructions. Zhou Zhou casually brushed him off with a few words and hung up.

The taxi drove out of the bustling streets and onto the highway.

He propped his elbow on the edge of the car window, resting his chin in his hand, watching the scenery rush past.

The sun gradually rose, and the lush green mountains shone with a verdant glow under the sunlight.

A “ding” broke the silence in the car.

Zhou Zhou took out his phone and looked at it. It was a message from Pei Yanlie.

[Pei Yanlie: Be careful on the road.]

He turned off his phone without replying, curling his lips and muttering to himself, “Tsk, Pei Yanlie must have installed a tracker on me.”

The notification sound for a new message rang again, and he instantly lost his composure when he saw the new message.

[Pei Yanlie: Zhou Zhou, be good in Jing City, don’t even think about messing around. I’ll come over and keep you company later.]

Zhou Zhou’s face darkened, and he cursed through gritted teeth, “Damn it! Is Pei Yanlie that free?!”

His fingers stabbed at the phone screen, quickly typing a line of words.

[Zhou Zhou: I’m just a nobody, I can’t handle being Think about it by President Pei.]

[Zhou Zhou: Do not disturb, thank you for your cooperation.]

He pondered for a moment and ruthlessly blocked the other party.

Out of sight, out of mind.

In less than a minute, an unknown number sent a threatening text message.

[Don’t force me to drag you back right now.]

Zhou Zhou’s teeth itched with anger, and he ground them together forcefully. This domineering CEO, Pei Yanlie, would definitely do what he said.

He was very good at this set of forced love!

In the later stages of the novel, the female lead was forcibly imprisoned by the male lead in a luxurious villa, where she was bullied in various ways until the misunderstanding was resolved, and they were sweet and loving again.

He clenched his phone tightly, leaned back in his seat, his eyes red, staring at the car ceiling in a daze, muttering to himself, “Now this melodramatic plot is happening to me, Zhou Zhou. Is this retribution for watching too many melodramatic love dramas?”

He didn’t know how long it had been when the car stopped at the airport entrance.

The driver turned his head to look at Zhou Zhou, who was drifting out of his mind, and coughed lightly, saying, “Handsome, we’re here. Please move your little hand and give me a five-star review.”

Zhou Zhou gave a listless “hmm” and opened the door to get out of the car. The driver eagerly got out, went around to the trunk, opened the door, took out the suitcase, and pulled it to his side, smiling again and saying, “Here’s your luggage, please give me a good review.”

Zhou Zhou finally raised his eyes to look at him, an ordinary-looking man with a very kind face.

    “Okay.”

He took out his phone in front of the driver, opened the app, gave a five-star review, and then shook his phone, saying, “It’s done.”

The driver scratched the back of his head in a simple manner and said with a smile, “Thank you for your support, handsome.”

Everything went smoothly from the school to the airport.

To prevent Pei Yanlie from coming to the airport to catch him, he dragged his suitcase into the bathroom. After a disguise, he put on a mask and thick black-framed glasses, and sneered, “This bird-like appearance, even I am afraid of it when I look at it, Pei Yanlie definitely won’t recognize it.”

As soon as he stepped out of the bathroom, he attracted a bunch of strange gazes. Zhou Zhou walked quickly without looking sideways and boarded the plane in less than half an hour.

The plane flew in the blue sky, occasionally passing through white clouds, and the line of sight was blurred.

He lay on the window and looked down, his mind blank, not thinking about anything. He unconsciously closed his eyes and fell asleep.

“Little brother, do we know each other? I feel like I’ve seen you somewhere.” A delicate voice sounded beside him.

Zhou Zhou perked up and immediately opened his eyes, turning his head to look.

What a cute and Cute girl!

Strange, the person sitting next to him just now was clearly a man with smelly feet, how did he turn into a little sister after a nap?

Tsk tsk, I didn’t expect that before he even arrived in Jing City, a beautiful girl would take the initiative to flirt with him.

Zhou Zhou took off his black-framed glasses, raised his eyebrows slightly, and smiled, “I also think you look familiar. You’re so cute, your name must be nice too.”

He cleared his throat and said, “Can you tell me your name?”

“My name is Pei Yanlie.” The girl’s delicate voice was suddenly replaced by a low, husky male voice.

Zhou Zhou’s movements froze, and he looked at the cute girl who was close at hand, who had instantly turned into Pei Yanlie’s handsome, god-like face, and screamed in shock.

“You’re a psycho, you scared me!” The man with smelly feet sitting next to him was suddenly awakened by Zhou Zhou’s scream, glared at him and cursed.

Zhou Zhou’s chest heaved violently, and all his soft hair stood on end. He looked at the man with a full beard in shock and patted his chest, thankful that it was a dream.

Damn it, Pei Yanlie is really everywhere. Has his brain betrayed him, or does Pei Yanlie have special skills, not even letting him off in his dreams?

“Dear passengers, we are about to arrive at Jing City Airport, please prepare for disembarkation in advance…”

After the plane came to a complete stop, he finally came back to his senses, stood up in a daze, walked off the plane, and entered the waiting hall.

The competition training location was at Jing City University, and the participants would stay in nearby hotels during the period.

Zhou Zhou didn’t know too much about it, he was only focused on running here to avoid Pei Yanlie.

He called a taxi, and after arriving at his destination, he stopped at the entrance of Jing City University with his suitcase.

“Student, are you here for the competition training?” A slender, tall boy with a refined appearance walked over beside him.

Zhou Zhou gave an absent-minded “hmm.”

His mind was in a mess, afraid that Pei Yanlie would pop out from some Quar corner.

“I’m Gao Ziyuan, the top math scorer in A City.” The boy changed his refined demeanor, raised his arrogant head, and looked at Zhou Zhou, who was dressed like a country bumpkin, with disdain.

Zhou Zhou gave a faint “oh,” not taking it to heart, and walked into the school with his suitcase.

Gao Ziyuan was stunned. It was the first time someone had ignored him like this. He immediately chased after him, grabbed Zhou Zhou’s arm, and questioned, “What’s your attitude? Do you know who I am?!”

“Are you sick? Who you are is none of my business?” Zhou Zhou shook off his hand, his face gloomy.

There were always these strange cannon fodder characters in dog-blood novels, self-righteous and arrogant.

Gao Ziyuan’s face showed a smug look, “Pei Yanlie of the Yucheng Pei family is my distant relative. Offending me is offending the Pei family!”

    Zhou Zhou: …

Why could he hear Pei Yanlie’s name wherever he went?

    Distant relative? Gao Ziyuan?

He searched in his mind and finally remembered this forgotten little cannon fodder.

Gao Ziyuan fell in love with the female lead at first sight in a chance encounter, so he helped the female supporting role, Fu Jingxuan, get into the male lead’s bed.

In early October, it was the male lead’s friend’s birthday. At a club, the male lead would inadvertently drink the hypnotic wine prepared for him by the cannon fodder Gao Ziyuan, and then lose consciousness. He would be taken to a hotel by the female supporting role, Fu Jingxuan, who intended to do something improper.

“Tsk tsk, so it’s you, Brother Gao.” Zhou Zhou smiled, hooked his arm around him, and put his arm on his shoulder.

This brother was a stumbling block on the female lead’s path to love, but now that the male lead’s persona had been completely destroyed, there was no need to implement the plan.

Zhou Zhou couldn’t wait for Pei Yanlie to fall into Fu Jingxuan’s trap and get entangled with her, so that he would probably not have time to harass him.
