Chapter Index

    Heaven and earth change color

Jiang Wang trusted Qin Zhi too much. On the eve of the battle, he drank a bowl of soup that Qin Zhi said he had “made with his own hands.” In fact, he was drugged and fell unconscious.

In the dusty sky, Qin Zhi pretended to be King Jiang and faced Shen Cangwu.

The left and right wings of the Wu and Wei armies have been defeated by Zuo Songqing and Han Zhong, but Shen Cangwu’s central army has much more troops than Qin Zhi’s side.

“You’ve tried all your tricks and imitated your treacherous father, but you don’t know that people are doing it and God is watching! Today, I will kill you here to avenge my father!!!”

Shen Cangwu raised his flag, and the sound of killing from both sides was loud.Even if the soldiers of Jiang State risked their lives, they would still be unable to withstand the impact of several times the force.

Qin Zhi’s eyes turned red, and the silver armor was splashed with bright red blood mist, which looked like red plums in the snow under the sun, desolate and sad.

The enemies around him fell one by one, but more of his colleagues left. Some of them die with their eyes open, some have missing parts of their bodies, and some are still struggling to their death, wanting to kill a few more with their broken bodies…

    This is the battlefield.

    This is war.

Qin Zhi seemed to understand what the so-called great merit was.

Maybe it’s more than just the reputation that the guy at the top admits.

He faced Shen Cangwu, who was sitting on the chariot across from him, with a look of compassion in his eyes.

He transferred all his internal energy and slowly circulated it throughout his body.

The majestic internal force spread from his body, and everyone who was slightly closer to him was bounced away without exception.

The dazzling light shrouded those internal forces that should have been invisible. Many Jiang soldiers couldn’t help but stop and look at the center – their “king”, like a god descending to earth, covered in holy light, making people feel that it would be blasphemous and disrespectful to look directly at him.

The enemy was so shocked that he couldn’t even hold his weapon and almost fell to his knees.

    “God! It’s a god!”

    I don’t know who shouted.

With Qin Zhi as the center, in circles, the soldiers, regardless of whether they were friendly or enemy, spontaneously knelt down one by one. There was silence, and the sky and the earth were silent.

The soldiers who were still fighting in the distance felt something was wrong. When they looked over, they all became the most devout believers and knelt down.

I wonder if it’s almost sunset.

The strong light gradually attenuates and turns into a warm yellow halo. The red and orange glow spreads out layer by layer from the horizon.

Suddenly, the mournful cry of wild geese passed over the head.

The kneeling people all felt strange in their hearts. It was obviously a miracle, but there was an unknown aura lingering in everyone’s heart.

“The color of the sky and the earth changes, and all things share the same sorrow…” Qin Zhi smiled slightly and murmured, “It turns out that it is such a change of color and such a sadness… Junior brother, you are indeed a ‘magic stick’.”

As soon as he finished speaking, he raised his sword and moved forward. After a few ups and downs, the generals surrounding Shen Cangwu didn’t even see clearly, and he was ejected by a strong murderous aura.

Shen Cangwu looked at King Jiang who was in front of him and the tip of the sword at his throat, and said with a smile: “So it’s you.”

“It’s me.” Qin Zhi’s voice at this time seemed to overlap with that of King Jiang, with the same coldness and inhumanity.

Shen Cangwu: “Is it worth it for a cold master who takes advantage of you?”

    “Brother, you are wrong.”

Qin Zhi isolated the seven emotions and six desires to maximize the effectiveness of his skills. It was not long before he abandoned the seven emotions and exploded the muscles and veins, but he still couldn’t bear it. He advised this senior brother whom he respected, “Your father committed suicide.”

“What did you say?” After Shen Cangwu reacted, the anger in his eyes almost solidified, “You fart!!!”

“It’s true. I found Jiang Ming’s letters under Jiang Guolong’s bed. Jiang Ming fell in love with your father and wanted to keep him by his side. Your father didn’t believe in the love of an emperor and insisted on escaping back to the valley. He was intercepted by people sent by Jiang Ming on the way. Your father thought he would die if he returned to the palace, so he raised his sword and committed suicide. After Jiang Ming learned about it, he regretted his life and died early in depression.”

“Senior brother, your so-called family feud is just a misunderstanding between the emperor and his ministers. Because of this misunderstanding, the peace that should have come has been delayed for more than thirty years. You even sacrificed the lives of thousands of people to accompany you to fulfill this lie. I should ask you, is it worth it.”

“Misunderstanding?” Shen Cangwu laughed sadly, “Hahaha. Misunderstanding.”

“To break up my family and force my father to death, is this just a ‘misunderstanding’ to you?!!”

“Senior brother, Shen Yi has always liked men. He is fond of Jiang Ming, but he refuses to believe that these are mentioned in the letters left by your father. Didn’t you also read them? As for you, you are just a child that your father took in on his way back to the valley. There is no reason to break up the family.”

Qin Zhi’s tone was calm. Now, he really looked like a devastated god. He regarded himself as an outsider and analyzed the events of that year in a rigorous manner.

“Brother, in order to justify everything you planned after coming down from the mountain, you made up such a lie for yourself and trapped yourself in it. It’s time to come out.”

“You lied to me, you lied to me! Everything you said is false, false!!!”

Shen Cangwu didn’t want to believe the so-called truth at all. In order to win, he had instilled too many things into himself. If revenge for his father was fake, then was he really determined to win because he was afraid of death?!

He didn’t believe how he could be a person who was greedy for life and afraid of death. How could he be so ruthless as to kill his king and his brother for such a superficial reason.

The crazy Shen Cangwu didn’t stay crazy for long. All doubts stopped the moment the sword cut his neck.

A few drops of warm blood splashed on Qin Zhi’s eyelids. He stretched out his hand to wipe it away silently, turned around and stared at the kneeling soldiers layer by layer under the chariot.

In the distance, the surging horseshoes stirred up dust in the sky again. King Jiang woke up and arrived in time with the forbidden troops trained by Qin Zhi, as well as the extraordinary soldiers he had trained using Qin Zhi’s methods.

However, King Jiang wore Qin Zhi’s human skin mask.

When the Wu and Wei armies saw that their general was dead and the situation was over, they knelt down and surrendered. “Qin Zhi” accepted the surrender at the nod of “King Jiang”.

From then on, in the middle of a war, due to an inexplicable miracle, the war was stopped, and Jiang Guo also gained a reputation as “the one who was ordered by heaven”.

“King Jiang” was surrounded by the army and returned to the military camp, shouting “Long live the emperor”.

He walked steadily and asked “Qin Zhi” to make money with him to discuss follow-up matters.

Finally, when the camp was closed, he finally couldn’t hold on anymore and collapsed on the real ginger king who came in after him.

King Jiang held Qin Zhi’s body and helped him remove his armor, and then his whole body could not suppress the trembling.

Under the silver armor of red plums, there is another picture of “white snow and red plums”. Qin Zhi seems to have lost all his blood.

King Jiang yelled at the military doctor at the top of his lungs while peeling off Qin Zhi’s middle coat that was soaked with donated blood. He saw that Qin Zhi’s chest, abdomen, and arms were all a mess of blood and flesh.

Wherever there were blood vessels, they looked as if they had been blown up by explosives, and it was terrible to see.

King Jiang knelt beside the bed, trembling his lips and touching Qin Zhi’s cheek. His tears made the human skin mask so wet that it was full of holes. He could hardly speak a word, not even the word “Qin Zhi”.

In his remaining consciousness, he was in great grief, being hit on the back of the neck with a palm and fainted.

Banxia novel, a lot of fun
