Chapter 67 Wangcai (Lucky)

In reality, raising a small macaque isn’t entirely impossible.

Qi Luzhi raised his chin toward the little macaque’s direction, reminding Lian Xun, “Your little monkey is shivering; aren’t you going to take care of it?”

“Oh, right.” Lian Xun quickly let go of Qi Luzhi’s waist and turned to give the little macaque a bath.

A third of the water in the basin had been splashed out by the little fellow, and the remaining two-thirds had cooled down a bit. Lian Xun picked up the little macaque and changed the water to a fresh basin of hot water.

It was his first time taking care of a small animal, and one of a species he had never encountered before. Lian Xun’s movements were obviously a bit clumsy and awkward.

Lian Xun specially used a plastic box and soft clothes to build a temporary little nest for it, and then he went to the kitchen to scavenge for a pile of fruit.

“Wangcai, Wangcai, your name is Wangcai from now on,” Lian Xun called out its new name to the little macaque again and again.
