    Chapter 82: Defeat

Song Baiyan hugged him and lifted him up a bit, his hand touching Yu Zhanrong’s neck, showing no signs of a fever.

He lowered his head and glanced at his red ears, instantly understanding. He carried the person towards the sofa in large strides.

So now you know to come looking for me, but why didn’t you think of me when you ran into trouble? Thinking of this, a trace of displeasure welled up in Song Baiyan’s heart, but it was quickly dispelled by the person in his arms.

After Song Baiyan sat down, the two of them formed a rather ambiguous posture, with Yu Zhanrong straddling Song Baiyan’s lap.

Song Baiyan’s fingers deftly threaded through his golden hair, ruffling it. At the same time, he leaned down and whispered in his ear, “Aren’t you getting down? Hmm?”

With this murmur, the warm breath, along with the ambiguous atmosphere filling the room, gently brushed against his ear. Yu Zhanrong felt a tingling sensation in his head, and his body couldn’t help but tremble.

As if waking from a dream, he hurriedly rolled off Song Baiyan and sat down beside him, grabbing a pillow to bury his face in, concealing his already flushed cheeks and the heart that was pounding wildly with panic.

A teasing smile played on the corner of Song Baiyan’s lips as he leisurely watched him for a long while. “Coming over so late, are you here to be a thief?”

Yu Zhanrong kept his face buried, blushing for a long time. Reminded of this, he remembered the purpose of his visit.

Beauty leads men astray; the ancients were right.

Yu Zhanrong pulled down the pillow, revealing a pair of eyes, and sneakily glanced at Song Baiyan sitting beside him. The scenery under the bathrobe was still clearly visible.

The loose bathrobe hung loosely on his body, his firm chest and clearly defined abdominal muscles half-hidden beneath it, the whole person exuding an undeniable charm.

Yu Zhanrong flusteredly averted his gaze, took a deep breath, and then reached out to pull the two sides of the bathrobe, which were about to fall open, together before letting out a sigh of relief.

Only after doing all this did he realize that his actions were a bit abrupt. As if trying to cover up, he stammeringly reminded Song Baiyan, “It’s cold, you should wear your clothes properly.” Don’t tempt people to break the rules.

Song Baiyan lowered his eyes, watching the two slender white fingers grip one side of the bathrobe and pull it over to cover him. When those slightly cool fingers gently brushed against his abdomen, he raised his eyebrows high.

Quite bold? You’ve even learned how to take advantage?

Song Baiyan calmly smoothed out his bathrobe, a dark glint flashing in his eyes. “So, you came over so late because you wanted to sleep with me?”

“!! No, I didn’t!” Yu Zhanrong’s face wasn’t just red; his whole body was turning red. He jumped up from the sofa.

What do you mean, sleep together?!

    No sleeping!!

Seeing the boy jump three feet high, Song Baiyan was afraid he would fall, so he quickly reached out to steady him, laughing at his flushed face. “Alright, I’m just teasing you. Come sit down.”

“Senior, you’re going too far.” Yu Zhanrong knew he was being teased but wasn’t willing to be manipulated like this. Since the situation had already gone sideways, might as well lay all his cards on the table, right? He wasn’t going to pretend anymore.

So, he put his hands on his hips and looked down at Song Baiyan sitting on the sofa. “Since you’ve already said that, wouldn’t I be at a loss if I didn’t do as you say? I’m going to freeload here tonight, and I’m going to sleep with you!”

Song Baiyan had originally planned to let him off, but he didn’t expect this guy to not know what’s good for him and actually dare to walk right into the line of fire.

Truly, a newborn calf fears no tiger.

Song Baiyan calmly stretched out a foot and gently rubbed it against Yu Zhanrong’s calf, his tone carrying a hint of ambiguity and teasing that didn’t match his expression. “Oh? Really? How do you want to sleep?”

Yu Zhanrong felt as if his calf had been struck by lightning, and his legs involuntarily went weak, almost causing him to fall. He gritted his teeth and stood straight. “Just… just covered with a blanket!”

Wuwuwu, what kind of senior is this? Has he been possessed?

“Oh.” Song Baiyan lowered his eyelids, his voice low and deep. “Then do you want to sleep on top, or sleep, on the bottom?”

    !!!!!

    Ahhh!

What do you mean, top or bottom?!

Yu Zhanrong’s face turned yellow with embarrassment, and he said through gritted teeth, “Sleep next to each other!!!”

“That’s fine too, do you like to cuddle?” Song Baiyan nodded, then stood up, reached out to hug Yu Zhanrong. “Let’s go, let’s go to the bedroom.”

Senior’s moves were too sophisticated, and Yu Zhanrong was no match for him, instantly defeated.

“I give up!” Yu Zhanrong raised his hands, offering his surrender.

He couldn’t win, he couldn’t win. He had thought his senior was someone high above, only to be admired from afar, but he turned out to be such an unscrupulous old rogue when he got going.

His idol filter, on this night, no, in these ten minutes, shattered into dust.

“What surrender? Let’s go, to the bedroom.” Song Baiyan didn’t accept the surrender, held his hands, wrapped his arms around his waist and back, and threw him over his shoulder.

Suddenly, his feet left the ground, and Yu Zhanrong visibly panicked. He struggled desperately on Song Baiyan’s shoulder, but Song Baiyan was too strong, and he couldn’t break free at all.

Seeing that they were really about to enter the master bedroom, Yu Zhanrong closed his eyes and cursed in a trembling voice, “Song Baiyan, you shameless rogue, old rogue, let me down!”

Who said a three-year age difference wasn’t old? He’s old, so old, he’s practically an old rogue!

    “Oh? Not pretending anymore?”

    Yu Zhanrong: “…”

Song Baiyan stopped, and Yu Zhanrong lost the will to struggle, lying on his back, indignant.

Sure enough, he had seen his livestream. This dog senior had been pretending with him all along?

He just didn’t know how much he had seen, but as long as he had been to his livestream once, everything would be exposed.

“I’m crazy in the livestream, that doesn’t mean I’m not well-behaved in real life, okay?” Yu Zhanrong made a last-ditch effort, trying to salvage his reputation. “It can’t be considered pretending, right? I’m just more restrained.”

    Song Baiyan reluctantly accepted it.

“Did you just curse me?” Song Baiyan put him down, holding his shoulders to keep him from leaving.

“Huh? Did I? I was just busy struggling, I didn’t curse anyone.” Yu Zhanrong pretended to be stupid.

    “Shameless rogue?”

    “Old rogue?”

Song Baiyan bent down, leaned close to his ear. “Tell me, how did senior act like a rogue towards you?”

His voice was as light as a lover’s whisper, the low, husky bubble tones tickling his eardrums. No matter how wild Yu Zhanrong was in the livestream, he couldn’t resist the close, teasing flirtation of someone he liked.

Yu Zhanrong could no longer control himself, his cheeks flushed as he pushed Song Baiyan away, and then charged towards the door in a flying leap, opening the door and running out. Song Baiyan was caught off guard by the shove and didn’t even have time to grab him.

Yu Zhanrong ran out, but just as he opened the door, he remembered that he hadn’t said what he wanted to say, so he turned back and said in a rapid voice, “I’m working as a singer in a bar because I need to replace my livestreaming equipment and recording equipment, I’m going to make money!”

After speaking, he slammed the door shut with a “bang.”

Song Baiyan looked at the sheep slippers Yu Zhanrong had left behind in the entryway, not knowing whether to laugh or cry.

He had guessed long ago that he was going because he was short on money, so other than being angry at first, he was more worried.

This guy used to come and ask for his opinion about everything, but now…
