Chapter 6.

Shen ChiTai patiently reasoned with the other party, “Shang Jue, what exactly do you want to do?”

“Is gege angry? I knew it. Gege rarely calls me by my full name like this. Ever since gege started dating, you’ve become distant with me.”

    “…”

“It’s just calling your full name, saying we’ve grown distant is too capricious.” Besides, isn’t it normal to be angry?

His own younger brother did something so inappropriate to his older brother. Anyone would be angry; that’s the reasonable reaction.

Shang Jue’s eyes darkened, his voice becoming hoarse as he stared intently at Shen ChiTai’s lips, consumed by jealousy. “Gege, tell me, why are you avoiding me?”

Shen ChiTai didn’t want to discuss this.

Seeing the person in front of him getting closer, he subconsciously retreated until his back was against the door, with nowhere left to go.

He tilted his head to look at the wall beside him, knowing he couldn’t escape, and met the alpha’s gaze directly again. “I’m not avoiding you, and there’s no need for me to deliberately avoid you. Are you delusional? Who would be thinking about you all day long? If I look at you and then look away, it doesn’t mean I’m avoiding you. Don’t be ridiculous.”

“He’s gege’s junior, isn’t he?” Shang Jue suddenly said in a low voice.

Shen ChiTai was slightly stunned, his pupils shrinking. “Why are you asking about him? He’s my boyfriend, what’s wrong with that?”

“He kissed you, gege.” Shang Jue suddenly roared at him.

Shen ChiTai was so shocked by these words that he gaped, unable to speak for a long time.

Shang Jue’s hands moved around his lower back, sliding mischievously into his pants to explore downwards.

“Shang, Shang Jue, don’t do this…” Shen ChiTai’s face paled with fright, and in desperation, he could only press down hard on his wandering hands. “Don’t, don’t touch there…”

“Have you done it with him, gege?”

Shen ChiTai’s face flushed with embarrassment, the exposed skin above his neck tinged with a faint blush. Perhaps because of his anger, the tone of his voice became a bit colder, beyond his control. “That’s none of your business, is it?”

Shang Jue chuckled, lifting the unruly hair from his forehead and impatiently running his hand through it. “I seem to have asked a bunch of nonsense. You’ve been together for so long, it would be strange if he could still restrain himself in front of gege. What should I do, gege? I seem a little unhappy.”

Feeling the alpha’s increasingly reckless actions, Shen ChiTai also grew anxious.

“Shang Jue!” The omega gritted his teeth, expressing his resistance with a cold expression.

“Gege used to coax me, but now you’re scolding me…”

“It’s because you’re being too outrageous.” He bit down on his teeth, afraid that the sound would reach the people downstairs.

Shang Jue didn’t have such concerns, lowering his head to inhale his scent deeply. “I’m just afraid that gege doesn’t want me anymore. Is there anything wrong with what A-Jue is doing?”

    “You’ve already crossed the line.”

“Crossed the line?” Shang Jue carefully considered these words. It seemed that only someone you don’t like would say something like that.

He tentatively concluded that Shen ChiTai didn’t like him.

This conclusion made the alpha feel even worse.

“We’ve done this before, haven’t we? The first time I had a wet dream, gege helped me the next day, didn’t you? We’re just doing the same things we’ve done before. Didn’t gege teach me all of this?”

Scenes from the past reappeared in the omega’s mind like a raging tide. What Shang Jue said wasn’t false. This unreliable, terrible idea, and all these unreasonable things, were all his idea from the beginning.

He always wanted to be a good older brother, to set a good example for Shang Jue, but in the end, it was him, the older brother, who led his younger brother astray.

In an instant, the omega felt a deep sense of frustration.

Back then, he could actually take it for granted that this was just brotherly help and support. But even if he realized he was wrong, what could he do now?

Could he just let things continue, allowing Shang Jue to continue making mistakes?

He straightened his face, put on a serious expression, and kept pushing Shang Jue’s shoulders. “You’re just being unreasonable. We’re adults now, and these things should only be done with someone you like. Do you understand what I mean?”

Shang Jue’s hand, which was still running wild, indirectly answered Shen ChiTai’s question.

The omega was both angry and annoyed, but he couldn’t do anything about the person he had watched grow up.

Shen ChiTai held down his disobedient, groping hand, a burst of overwhelming shame causing him to uncontrollably turn his face away, not daring to look directly into the alpha’s eyes.

Shang Jue continued, Shen ChiTai’s legs feeling weak, his head dizzy, and his body leaning weakly against him.

“…A-Jue.” His tone was pleading, begging Shang Jue to have mercy and let him go, not to keep embarrassing him.

Shang Jue’s left hand covered his navel, hugging the omega, who couldn’t lift his head, almost whispering in his ear, “Does gege think I’m being unreasonable now? We’re grown up, and gege has found himself a convenient excuse to distance himself from me.”

The alpha paused deliberately at this point, opening his mouth with a resentful and aggrieved look. “Does gege really hate me that much?”

“That’s not what I meant.” Shen ChiTai retorted, this was completely different from what he intended.

“But that’s how I understand it,” Shang Jue said again. “Gege used to say that you liked me the most. Or was that just something gege said casually to appease me?”

Those words he casually said to coax a child back then, how could they be taken seriously now? Shen ChiTai didn’t realize that he had unknowingly planted a huge landmine for himself.

Shang Jue was kissing him, his movements very gentle, his lips occasionally brushing against the back of the omega’s neck. His soft tongue swept around Shen ChiTai’s glands, circling them again and again, and then moving downwards.

“Don’t touch my glands!” Shen ChiTai’s pupils suddenly trembled, and he let out a low roar. He was clearly angry, but the words lacked any intimidation.

Shang Jue also stopped, straightening up and looking down at the omega, who had slumped in his arms.

Shen ChiTai’s neck was so stiff that it was difficult to lift.

Shang Jue felt the stiffness in his body and shamelessly joked with him, “Gege, did you grow up drinking milk when you were little? Why is a boy so fragrant?” The men around him were all rough and burly, with thick, dense leg hair, and always covered in sweat after workouts. The smell made him want to vomit.

The alpha’s hand was itching to try again, but this time it moved to the front.

“I didn’t drink milk, you quickly… let me go!” Shen ChiTai said anxiously, lowering his voice in fright. “I’m really going to get angry.”

Shang Jue was stunned for a good two seconds. Seeing that he really rejected him and afraid of being hated, he finally let him go.

Shen ChiTai, now free, lost his support, and his legs buckled as he was about to kneel.

Shang Jue, quick-witted and swift, picked up the omega and carried him to the bed, gently placing him on it. Shen ChiTai turned his back and slowly curled up without moving.

The alpha stood by the bed, looking down at the person who was curled up tightly, hugging himself. A shadow crossed his eyes, and he said in a wronged voice, so softly that it was almost inaudible, “I knew it, gege still hates me.”

After saying this, he looked dejected, his back lonely and desolate as he turned and pressed the doorknob. After a second’s pause, he opened the door and went back to the room next door.

Shen ChiTai remained curled up on the bed without any reaction.

The room was filled with two rich pheromones. His body was hot and his breathing was getting faster and faster. Just in case, the omega dragged himself up on weak legs and laboriously opened the drawer next to him. He first injected himself with an inhibitor before falling back onto the bed.

Now that he thought about it, A-Jue’s lips seemed really soft, not cold at all, his breath was so hot, and so were his lips. And that soft tongue that forced its way into his mouth—if he hadn’t pushed Shang Jue away first, the alpha might have really continued.

Shen ChiTai opened his eyes, his gaze flickering.

How could A-Jue have become like this?

This kid is getting more and more willful. It’s all his fault, he was too soft-hearted and spoiled him.

If it weren’t for his indulgence, Shang Jue wouldn’t have turned out this way. He had the need and the obligation to bring this kid back on the right path.

He was a terrible older brother.
