Yan ZhuGui slowly raised his hand, gentlemanly wiping the saliva from his face. He stared at the beta on the bed, whose eyes were filled with unwillingness and defiance. His gaze gradually turned cold. He forcefully grabbed his chin, and with a sinister expression, he said, “If you were an omega, I would build an iron cage to lock you up and make you have children for me nonstop. It’s a pity, even if I had the ability, you don’t have the capability.”

“If you’re sick, go get treatment. Don’t try to assert your presence here.” Xu Chen deliberately provoked him, his voice trembling, each word seemingly forced out from between his teeth. “It’s not like you don’t know, I find you disgusting.”

“You find me disgusting just from a touch.” Yan ZhuGui tugged at the corner of his mouth, a flash of gloom passing through his eyes. After a moment of silence, a hint of delight leaked out from his lips. “I haven’t even made you do anything more disgusting yet.”

Xu Chen’s body suddenly stiffened, his expression losing control for a moment. He abruptly regained his senses and fiercely flung away the hand reaching towards him. Yan ZhuGui easily pulled the beta into his embrace, judging from Xu Chen’s reaction that the drug should have taken effect.

“Yan ZhuGui, if you dare to mess around, I’ll really kill you.” Xu Chen felt weak all over, unable to exert any strength. All the remaining energy in his body was spent on his words.

Yan ZhuGui looked down, appreciating the beta on the bed. His eyes, like a predator, were fixed on him, scrutinizing him for a long time.

Under the beta’s terrified gaze, he took small steps forward, bending down. One hand hooked at the loosening belt around his waist, his fingertips lightly caressing his navel, indifferent to Xu Chen’s grimace.

“To die under the peony flower, even as a ghost, one would be romantic. Tonight, you can’t escape.”

“Yan… Yan ZhuGui… you bastard…”

“I like hearing you call me that.”

“You bastard, why don’t you go die!”

Yan ZhuGui’s expression froze slightly. He raised his head, looking at the beta whose face showed excessive emotional changes. “Xu Chen, making me angry won’t do you any good.”

“Seeing you is already bad luck enough. What good can come from sleeping with someone like you?”

“You don’t want to sleep with me, then who do you want to sleep with?” Yan ZhuGui’s mind slowly conjured up a face, the haze in his eyes growing thicker. “Continue with that omega named Su Ning, or Shen ChiTai?”

Hearing Shen ChiTai’s name, Xu Chen’s reaction was noticeably more intense.

“I forbid you from mentioning his name.”

“You really know how to make me angry.” Yan ZhuGui forcefully suppressed the anger in his heart, caressing his face, thankfully, the rough and overbearing actions were all deliberately restrained, still somewhat gentle. “I’ve already contacted top hospitals abroad. The research achievements of the Oubei Biological Gene Research Institute in gene modification have been very good in recent years. I heard that there’s still hope to transform a beta into someone with the same physiological functions as an omega. I’ll send you there then, and you’ll obediently stay there. If the results are good, I’ll bring you back.”

“Yan ZhuGui, you son of a… You dare…” The beta bit down hard, drawing blood from the man’s lips. A sharp pain forced Yan ZhuGui to temporarily release him. The man licked the blood from his lips with his tongue, dipped a finger in the blood, and looked at him with a smile that wasn’t a smile.

“Open your mouth.” The alpha said in an almost commanding tone.

“Let go of your mother’s dog whimper…”

Yan ZhuGui forcefully pinched his chin, preventing him from closing his mouth and speaking. He could only manage to produce some incoherent sounds from his throat.

The blood-stained pad of his thumb heavily rubbed across his lower lip. The already beautiful, curved lips looked as if they were painted with bright red lipstick. The alpha’s eyes contained a fragmented smile as two slender fingers took the opportunity to probe into his mouth, stirring around mercilessly.

“You talk too much, I’ll help you shut it up.”

“Yan… Yan ZhuGui, don’t…”

“Secretly dating behind my back is one thing, but also fooling around with some random omegas. It seems I’ve given you too much freedom.” His voice sounded as sweet as honey, but it felt grating to Xu Chen’s ears.

A strange yet familiar feeling made him feel fear and terror. Xu Chen tried hard to push him away. Even without being affected by alpha pheromones, the disparity in strength between him and Yan ZhuGui made it clear that he couldn’t escape.

Even if he broke free from the restraints, where could he run on Yan ZhuGui’s territory? He was like a clown, frantically hiding and seeking under the man’s nose. If Yan ZhuGui really wanted to catch him, it would only take a word.

The person who had been struggling to escape suddenly stopped moving.

His hands fell down powerlessly, two clear tears silently sliding from the corners of his eyes, flowing past his temples, and finally disappearing into the pillow.

Such humiliation continued until after five in the morning the next day. His lower body was numb, but the person on top of him continued.

The only thing Xu Chen could do was to turn his head away when Yan ZhuGui leaned in to kiss him, but this inconspicuous action caused the alpha to start a new, increasingly unrestrained round of torment.

He didn’t know how he finally fell asleep, only that when he opened his eyes, Yan ZhuGui was sitting by the bed. Maybe it was a trick of the light. Xu Chen actually saw guilt and worry in the alpha’s eyes, which he found extremely ironic.
