    Chapter 20: Elementary Schooler

Xie Yu felt uneasy under his gaze but didn’t dare turn around, frowning and saying, “Chen Zhuo! Enough! Are you going to keep this up?”

Taking advantage of Xie Yu’s heightened state of tension, Chen Zhuo playfully nudged his pant leg with his foot.

Unexpectedly, Xie Yu had anticipated this, seizing his ankle and flipping him over.

Chen Zhuo didn’t have time to react, lost his balance, and fell backward.

Xie Yu knelt on the sofa, trapping Chen Zhuo between them, grabbing both his wrists and pinning them above his head, then flicked him on the forehead.

He grinned wickedly, “You really think you can play me for a fool, huh? Little Zhuo’er, try to be any more capable.”

    The position was too ambiguous.

Xie Yu blocked the dazzling light of the crystal chandelier, casting a shadow.

In the shadows, Chen Zhuo’s forehead was slightly flushed, sinking into the black leather sofa, which accentuated the delicate whiteness of his skin.

Chen Zhuo’s gaze subtly swept over the wound on Xie Yu’s lower lip, and realizing something, he gritted his teeth and said, “Get off me now!”

Xie Yu’s intention had been to control Chen Zhuo’s movements, but upon hearing Chen Zhuo’s words, he finally realized that the position was rather improper for two men.

Xie Yu’s gaze swept over Chen Zhuo’s reddened wrists, and the force of his restraint loosened slightly.

Chen Zhuo abruptly broke free from Xie Yu’s grip and flipped him onto the carpet.

Fortunately, the carpet was soft enough, and there was no pain.

Xie Yu cursed under his breath and was about to get up when Chen Zhuo straddled him and raised a fist to punch him.

Xie Yu caught Chen Zhuo’s fist with a bewildered expression, not understanding why Chen Zhuo had suddenly gone crazy.

“What are you doing! Did you get rabies—biting me again!!”

The two quickly devolved into a chaotic brawl, resembling an elementary school squabble.

Xie Yu found it difficult to keep defending and blocking.

Even though the other person was a man, he couldn’t bring himself to punch his first kiss.

But Chen Zhuo was too troublesome, and Xie Yu, unable to bear it any longer, lightly jabbed his side.

    “Ugh, fuck!”

    The effect was obvious.

Chen Zhuo clutched his waist and rolled off Xie Yu, his face pale as he cursed, “Xie Yu, you have no martial ethics! You actually stabbed my kidney!”

Xie Yu scrambled to his feet, disheveled, his hair messy, with a saliva-covered tooth mark on his arm, looking as if he had been ravaged.

He pointed at his arm, panting, “All’s fair in love and war, what right do you have to talk about me?”

Chen Zhuo wasn’t in much better shape either, his curly hair was once again a bird’s nest, his collar was covered in wrinkles from Xie Yu pulling at it, and he sat up rubbing his waist, glaring at him without saying a word.

The phone on the side table rang. Chen Zhuo, who was closer, picked up the receiver grumpily.

The staff on the other end spoke in a broadcast-like, robotic tone, “Respected Mr. Chen, hello, due to thunderstorms, there is a problem with the mountain resort’s electricity circuit. Our technicians have already carried out emergency repairs. Has this caused you any loss? We can offer…”

    “Yes, a big loss.”

Chen Zhuo said coldly and hung up the phone, staring resentfully at the wound on Xie Yu’s lips.

If he wasn’t mistaken, the part that had bumped his mouth and drawn blood was Xie Yu’s mouth.

Xie Yu was bewildered, only feeling a chill down his spine. He cautiously looked around and said solemnly, “Chen Zhuo’er, do you feel a yin energy?”

Chen Zhuo was speechless, picked up a sticky small dumpling from the ground, and “smack,” threw it at Xie Yu’s head, accurately sticking it in his hair.

The veins on Xie Yu’s forehead throbbed, and he silently touched his hair, pulling off the small dumpling. “Is that fun? Are you a Peashooter?”

Chen Zhuo couldn’t help but laugh, seeing Xie Yu’s frustrated expression, “Pfft, hahahahahaha—”

Xie Yu was originally going to get angry. Who throws dumplings at someone’s head?

But when he saw the sparkling smile in Chen Zhuo’s eyes, that bit of anger mysteriously dissipated.

Xie Yu stiffened his face, got up, and went to the bathroom, “Hurry up and get someone to clean the room, this stuff attracts bugs.”

Chen Zhuo “oh-ed” and wiped away the tears of laughter from the corners of his eyes, calling for housekeeping services.

The sweet fermented rice soup with honey and brown sugar was not easy to clean when soaked into the carpet.

The staff maintained a courteous smile: “Mr. Chen, how about this, we will reopen a room for you, please move to the new room to stay?”

Chen Zhuo was a little embarrassed: “Okay, how much is the carpet cleaning fee? I’ll transfer it to you.”

Staff: “You’re joking, you are Mr. Xu’s brother and Xie Shao’s friend, our boss told us to treat you well, how can we let you pay the cleaning fee?”

Chen Zhuo wanted to say something else, but Xie Yu came out of the bathroom after washing his hair, wiping his hair with a towel, pushing him out: “Why open a new room, just sleep with me.”

Chen Zhuo was pushed out of the room, a strange expression on his face. He suddenly realized, narrowed his eyes: “Xie Yu, are you afraid to sleep alone?”

Xie Yu’s action of taking out the room card to open the door paused. He simply gave up, righteously saying, “Yes, I am afraid of ghosts, so what?”

He opened the door and inserted the room card, and with a “beep,” the air conditioning system started running.

Xie Yu casually threw the towel on Chen Zhuo’s face, adding in a nonchalant tone, “Do you know how much damage you just did to my young and fragile heart? If I had heart disease, you’d be in jail! You’re not even willing to compensate me with something as simple as sleeping with me?”

The damp towel smelled of hotel shampoo.

Chen Zhuo stood there motionless, pulled down the towel from his face after two seconds of silence.

The murderous intent in his eyes suddenly changed when he looked at Xie Yu, and he obsessively covered his nose with the towel and took a deep sniff, staring at Xie Yu affectionately.

Goosebumps rose all over Xie Yu’s back, and he subconsciously took a step back: “Holy crap! Don’t be disgusting!”

Chen Zhuo took two steps forward and leaned closer to him, his gaze burning, “Aren’t you telling me to sleep with you? Little Yu, how do you want me to sleep with you?”

    “…………”

Xie Yu’s expression was complicated, pressed Chen Zhuo’s shoulders to force him to turn around, and then pushed him to the sofa: “Stop acting like a pervert, you sleep here tonight.”

Chen Zhuo freely took Xie Yu’s hand off his shoulder and did not object.

But when he came out in his pajamas after showering, he went straight to the big bed, lifted the quilt, and lay down directly.

Xie Yu, who had taken a shower earlier and was leaning on the headboard playing a game, was shocked, crossing his arms over his chest: “What are you doing!”

There was only one quilt on the bed, and they could even feel each other’s temperature.

Chen Zhuo smiled and moved next to Xie Yu, hugging his waist and rubbing him twice, giggling evilly: “Wife ~ you’re so warm.”
