Chapter 32: Kidnapped by the Male Lead!

It was eight o’clock in the evening, and Zhou Zhou, on a whim, was strolling in the small park inside the villa area.

He wore earphones, held his phone in one hand, his eyes fixed intently on the screen, and the corners of his mouth were raised high, with a hint of excitement.

“Tsk tsk, thescumbag is finally caught in bed.”

“This slap isn’t loud enough; he should be cut with a kitchen knife.”

He muttered as he walked with his head down, when he suddenly crashed into a solid, hard wall of flesh. He quickly retreated a step and looked up at the tall and upright man in front of him.

[What a persistent ghost, you’re everywhere!]

Pei Yanlie silently sized up Zhou Zhou’s new hairstyle.

His dark, soft hair obediently fell around his ears, and his smooth, full forehead was also covered by bangs, lightly resting on his eyebrows, making him look much more well-behaved and cute.

Because of the shock, his slightly raised phoenix eyes were wide open, and his dark pupils were like bright and clear glass beads, dazzling and charming.

The next moment, Pei Yanlie frowned almost imperceptibly and asked in a deep voice, “Did you get into a fight?”

The corner of the other person’s mouth was obviously broken and slightly swollen.

Zhou Zhou touched the corner of his mouth, not caring much, and continued to take two steps back, frowning as he looked at him and said, “What are you doing here?”

Pei Yanlie’s gaze was fixed on the other person’s slightly parted red lips, and a complex emotion floated in his eyes, as if he was struggling with some difficult problem.

[Hey, hey, hey, are you possessed? Staring at someone like that late at night is really creepy!]

Pei Yanlie raised his hand, took a step forward, and handed the brand-new Buddhist scripture to Zhou Zhou, saying in a faint voice, “I told you to recite it once a day.”

Zhou Zhou lowered his eyes and glanced at the scripture, then raised his eyes and sneered at him, saying dismissively, “Pei Yanlie, who do you think you are to me? What right do you have to force me? I’ll say it right here, want me to read it? No way!”

As soon as he finished speaking, several black-clad bodyguards appeared behind Zhou Zhou, the meaning of their threat was self-evident.

Pei Yanlie stood against the light, his face hidden in the darkness, his expression obscure, and his low, magnetic voice carried a hint of danger, “Take him away.”

    [Damn it, Pei Yanlie, kidnapping!]

Zhou Zhou’s hands were held behind him by the bodyguards, struggling in vain, he could only raise his eyes and glare at the man in front of him, his eyes gradually reddening, and he gritted his teeth and said, “Is President Pei a gangster!”

Pei Yanlie walked in front of him, leaned down and whispered in his ear, his cold voice strong and domineering, “If you disobey me again and again, don’t force me to use force.”

[Don’t make it sound like I have something going on with you!]

[Isn’t this the male lead’s classic line to the female lead? Why are you putting it on me!]

[Ahhh! Has the male lead completely collapsed?]

“President Pei, Senior Pei, Brother Pei, where did I offend you? Tell me! I’ll change it immediately!” Zhou Zhou, who bullied the weak and feared the strong, immediately collapsed, asking in a low voice.

He was pressed forward by the bodyguards, and a strong sense of unease welled up inside him.

[Pei Yanlie wouldn’t kill someone, would he? No way?]

Pei Yanlie stopped, turned his head to look at him, his deep eyes narrowed slightly, and threatened in a cold voice, “Full of foul language, unrepentant, if you don’t listen to me in the future, I’ll throw you into the sea to feed the fish.”

    Zhou Zhou: …

[Brother, why should I listen to you! I don’t even listen to my dad, why would I listen to you? Who do you think you are?]

    [Crazy!]

    [Stupid!]

    [#@%*!]

Pei Yanlie took a deep breath, closed his eyes lightly, then slowly opened them, suppressing the anger rolling in his eyes, turned around and continued to walk forward.

Zhou Zhou only dared to slander in his heart along the way, all kinds of swear words bombarded Pei Yanlie so much that he almost couldn’t stand still, his fingers repeatedly clenched and released.

Finally, unable to bear it any longer, he tore off his tie and tied up that chattering mouth.

[Crazy, I didn’t say a word, why are you tying my mouth!]

Pei Yanlie’s eyes were dark and deep, his brows tightly furrowed, he was silent, staring at him quietly for a few minutes before turning back to the Hummer, opening the door and getting in the car.

[Wow, shit! Where are you taking me!]

Zhou Zhou was forcibly pushed into the car, and after his hands were released, he immediately raised his hand to tear off the tie tied around his mouth. Just as he was about to scold him, he saw the other party staring at him with a dark face, and the words came to his lips but he immediately swallowed them back down.

[Okay, I admit I’m afraid of you.]

He simply relaxed his body, leaned his back against the car door, and crossed his arms, sulking inwardly.

The carriage was very quiet, so quiet that even the breathing of others could be heard clearly.

Zhou Zhou lowered his eyes, his eyes seemed to be wrapped in icy blades, frantically whipping at Pei Yanlie, turning him into a hedgehog.

In less than ten minutes, the car stopped.

Zhou Zhou straightened up, turned his head to look out the window, and a luxurious villa came into view.

He followed slowly behind Pei Yanlie, his eyes looking around the surroundings.

The area of the courtyard was even larger than the Zhou family’s, and the design was like a park.

A large expanse of rice-white flowers clustered in the flowerbeds, emitting a faint fragrance.

As soon as he stepped into the villa, the bright and dazzling lights almost blinded him. He half-mī – narrowed his eyes and casually swept around.

[Could Pei Yanlie’s real identity be a prince hidden in a wealthy family?]

The first floor of the villa alone was ridiculously large.

Expensive and grand furniture was placed on the clean and bright floor, and even the stair handrails seemed to be inlaid with diamonds, sparkling.

[Tsk tsk tsk, no wonder he’s the male lead, so rich.]

Pei Yanlie turned around, looked at him meaningfully, his tone with a hint of imperceptible pleasure, and said in a faint voice, “Come up to the second floor, don’t stand there in a daze.”

He took a long stride and took the lead, walking up the stairs.

Zhou Zhou curled his lips and walked slowly to the elevator.

[Since there’s an elevator, I naturally can’t tire my feet.]

Pei Yanlie’s footsteps paused, and the corner of his mouth twitched uncontrollably. He thought to himself that he was indeed lazy by nature, and wouldn’t even walk a few steps of stairs.

With a “ding” sound, the elevator doors opened.

Seeing the scene inside, Zhou Zhou’s eyelids twitched frantically. He raised his foot and walked in, unable to help but complain, “Even the elevator is built like an art exhibition hall, awesome.”

It wasn’t until the elevator doors opened that he restrained the shocked expression on his face. He put one hand in his pocket, stepped with the lazy pace of a sloth, and slowly walked to Pei Yanlie’s front.

He turned his head to look at the room behind Pei Yanlie, parted his thin lips slightly, and said with a hint of impatience, “President Pei, why did you bring me home?”

[Brother, why did you bring me into the room? You don’t need to go to such a private place as the room to recite scriptures, right!]

“Come in, the inside is a study,” Pei Yanlie said lightly, his indifferent voice without emotion, and no expression on his face.

Walking into the room, it was indeed a study, but whose study was as big as a library!

The entrance was a large, empty hall, and the place where the books were placed was further inside.

Ivory-white bookshelves were neatly arranged, with spotless books on them, so new that they seemed to have never been read.

[Tsk, he really knows how to pretend.]

Zhou Zhou casually took out a book and flipped through it, seeing that the pages were so new, they seemed to have just come out of the printing factory.

Pei Yanlie sat in the brightly lit area, raising his eyes to carefully size up the slender boy, his gaze unconsciously moving down along his eyes, and finally resting on the other person’s rosy lips.

The string that was taut in his head snapped instantly. He closed his eyes and then opened them again, his eyes were already without waves, as if nothing could shake him.

However, his heart was not calm, the rapid heartbeat made him feel uncomfortable, and the aura emanating from him became colder and colder.

[What’s wrong with Pei Yanlie? An expression like he’s holding back trying to poop…]

    [Upset stomach?]

Pei Yanlie suppressed the urge to beat someone up, and said in a hoarse voice, “Come sit down, don’t waste time.”
