TVMCC Chapter 28
by VolareChapter 28: Would You Avenge a Star?
Jiang Qiu’s eyes widened instantly.
Looking at the person so close, he reflexively reached out and grasped Yun Yi’s waist, wanting to deepen the kiss, but the young master dodged first.
“You’re not allowed to move!”
Yun Yi’s eyes were red-rimmed, his cheeks flushed with a hint of desire, his voice trying to be fierce, but his tone was slightly hoarse and soft.
Incredibly charming.
So, Jiang Qiu didn’t move, pursing his lips and watching Yun Yi move closer to him again.
Fine, dense, and innocent kisses landed on his lips.
Kissing him again and again.
Like a child treating a beloved treasure.
But the kiss was too shallow, not quenching his thirst, instead causing the already surging emotions to rise to the extreme.
Yun Yi frowned.
He cursed, “You dog thing!”
Jiang Qiu was suffering inwardly.
He was a normal man; if such teasing didn’t work, then he had a problem.
Yun Yi kissed enough, turned over and sat up, pulling the bath towel to cover himself.
Using his shallow physiological knowledge to tell Jiang Qiu, “You’re sick.”
Jiang Qiu: “…”
“You need treatment.”
Jiang Qiu: “…”
Seeing Jiang Qiu’s silent appearance, Yun Yi reached out to hit him, but Jiang Qiu’s palm intercepted him halfway.
“It’s a disease, but not serious.” Jiang Qiu’s rather aggrieved phoenix eyes looked at Yun Yi, his voice low and hoarse, like a lover’s murmur, he said, “Young Master, you can cure it.”
Hearing this, Yun Yi blinked his eyes in some doubt.
Jiang Qiu slowly pulled his hand.
“You can.”
Yun Yi was furious to the extreme, raised his foot and kicked him, using a lot of force. Jiang Qiu was unprepared and was kicked directly to the ground.
But Yun Yi forgot that his wrist was still held in Jiang Qiu’s hand.
So, in the next second after Jiang Qiu fell to the ground, Yun Yi exclaimed and fell into Jiang Qiu’s arms.
When the two looked at each other, the panic in Yun Yi’s eyes hadn’t faded, his lips, reddened by the kisses, were slightly parted.
Jiang Qiu’s fingers slowly landed on Yun Yi’s back, sliding around. “Young Master, let me teach you an idiom.”
Yun Yi hadn’t reacted yet, and upon hearing this, he uttered a soft “Hmm?”
“Throwing yourself into someone’s arms.”
An arm propped up, and before the young master could get angry, he forcefully kissed the lips he had been thinking about all night.
The young master told him to kill him.
In fact, the daily endurance was more painful than killing him.
But Jiang Qiu thought, he seemed to be enjoying it.
Just like now, when Yun Yi couldn’t resist and obediently opened a gap in his lips, Jiang Qiu felt that this moment was worth more than a thousand pieces of gold.
An extra bite mark appeared on the back of the omega’s neck, not deep, the alpha who bit him didn’t use much force.
It was just like leaving a shallow mark on it.
Yun Yi lay on the carpet and choked, his eyes a little scattered, filled with misty vapor, a pitiful look of being bullied to the point of being unable to break free.
His lips were red, with a bite mark, full and crystal clear, and full of fragility.
After a while, Yun Yi grabbed Jiang Qiu’s arm and bit him hard.
He bit hard, and blood was visible almost instantly.
Familiar scolding slipped out of Yun Yi’s mouth again: “Jiang Qiu! I’m going to kill you!”
Jiang Qiu touched Yun Yi’s head and sighed slightly.
After a while, he said softly, “Young Master, you already wanted my life…”
*
The next morning, Jiang Qiu received a call from He Yuetang.
He glanced at Yun Yi, who was still sleeping soundly, and a sense of resistance arose in his heart.
After this call, he would have to start returning to the Qin family, unable to stay by Yun Yi’s side like he was now.
He stared at Yun Yi’s sleeping face for a while, and finally sighed, got up, and tiptoed out of the room.
At the moment when the door closed, the person in the bed opened his eyes, his eyes blank, unable to see joy or anger.
Yun Yi looked at the now-empty room.
Without resisting, he obediently accepted his fate.
Jiang Qiu returned to the Qin family, didn’t that mean his plot was coming to an end?
Jiang Qiu entered his room before answering the phone.
The voice on the other side was more excited than usual: “The paternity test is out. Chairman Qin asked when you have time, he wants to see you again.”
“In a few days.”
He Yuetang paused. “Why?”
“For no reason.”
He Yuetang sneered: “Jiang Qiu, think it over. What you should be doing now is returning to the Qin family as soon as possible to fight for what you deserve, instead of lingering here on some meaningless love affair.”
Jiang Qiu knew.
He understood better than anyone.
However, Yun Yi only had him by his side. If he left, he didn’t know how the outwardly strong but inwardly weak young master would take care of himself.
“Wait a little longer.”
“Damn it, Jiang Qiu! Like begets like, huh? My aunt was a sentimentalist, and you’re learning her ways?”
Jiang Qiu was silent for a while, his fingertips digging into his palm. He closed his eyes and suppressed those unwanted emotions.
He said, “Tomorrow.”
The panting on the other side gradually slowed down, “Tomorrow afternoon, if you don’t come, I’ll come find you.”
When Jiang Qiu returned, Yun Yi was already awake, a tuft of disheveled hair sticking up on his head, but he himself was unaware, sitting on the bed in a daze.
The temporary mark created a brief connection between the two.
Jiang Qiu could sense that Yun Yi wasn’t in a good mood right now. Without any hesitation, he knelt in front of Yun Yi, “Young Master, are you still angry?”
Yun Yi slowly moved his eyes, his blank gaze finally focused, but his eyes were cold, without a trace of warmth.
“Leave.”
“I can’t.”
Yun Yi chuckled lightly, his eyes drifting away. He got out of bed and, for the first time, found his own clothes.
Although he didn’t like light colors, he eventually took a light blue set, which looked extremely tender on him.
Jiang Qiu curled his palm and silently followed behind Yun Yi.
The young master, who had regained some vitality, returned to his previous lifelessness, a kind of deathly silence that didn’t care about anything.
This feeling made Jiang Qiu feel panicked, but Yun Yi was so obedient, brushing his teeth, getting dressed, and even refusing to be carried downstairs.
Yun Yi seemed to be overturning his previous thoughts.
Even without him, Yun Yi could live well.
After breakfast, Jiang Qiu finally couldn’t bear it anymore. His always-sharp phoenix eyes were mixed with an unspeakable panic as he knelt in front of Yun Yi, taking the soft, white hand.
“Young Master, are you angry?”
Yun Yi smiled faintly, he tilted his head and looked at Jiang Qiu, “If I’m angry, what will you do?”
Jiang Qiu couldn’t think of anything.
Yun Yi was always the one who came up with ways to punish him.
Yun Yi didn’t force an answer, continuing to ask, “Then what if I died?”
Fear solidified, Jiang Qiu’s heartbeat suddenly accelerated, “No!”
“Young Master, nothing will happen to you.”
Yun Yi felt a little annoyed.
His servants never seemed to listen obediently.
“I’ll ask you one last question.”
Jiang Qiu looked at Yun Yi with earnest eyes, his thin lips pursed, waiting for Yun Yi to continue.
“If I died, would you avenge me? Hmm… You said before that if I died, I would become a star. Would you avenge a star?”
Jiang Qiu couldn’t answer. His eyes were red as he looked at Yun Yi, and he suddenly choked, “Young Master, don’t be like this…”
