IM Chapter 29
by VolareChapter 29
Xu RuZhou’s eyes were slightly red, filled with complex emotions: grievance, unwillingness, and deep obsession. He stared intently at Shang Lü, unable to look away, and said, word by word, “In the past, my father was at odds with the Shang family and did everything possible to stop us from being together. But now he’s dead, and no one can stop us anymore.”
The omega paused in his hurried tone, then continued, “Shang Lü, what exactly are you thinking? I’ve waited for you from sixteen to over forty. I watched you marry one after another. Do you want me to wait indefinitely for the rest of my life?”
Shang Lü’s brow twitched, a trace of pain and helplessness flashed in his eyes. He moved his lips and just uttered two words, “RuZhou…”
Xu RuZhou had always hated this about him, his indecisiveness. If Shang Lü hadn’t been so hesitant back then, he and the alpha would definitely have been together long ago.
The omega impatiently interrupted him, cutting off the words he hadn’t even finished saying, his emotions a little agitated, “I don’t want to hear any of that nonsense. There are only two paths in front of you now: either admit that Xu Chen is your son, or be my pet. Maybe if I’m in a good mood, I’ll keep this matter buried in my stomach forever. Otherwise, I’ll let everyone know about the relationship between you and him.”
“RuZhou, you know I wouldn’t do that.”
“You wouldn’t do what? You’re going to be responsible for another man’s son? Then what am I? What about Xu Chen? You two are respectful and harmonious as husband and wife, a happy family that everyone envies. What about all these years I’ve been waiting so hard?” Xu RuZhou’s voice was tinged with sobs, his shoulders trembling slightly, his hands clenched into fists, barely managing not to hit the man’s face.
Shang Lü took a deep breath, his gaze softening as he looked at Xu RuZhou, “If Xu Chen is really my child, I will make it public, and I will definitely not wrong him.”
“Heh, Shang Lü, you’re so ruthless,” Xu RuZhou sneered, his eyes instantly filled with mockery, “What about me? Are you also afraid of cursing me to death? I’ve survived the most difficult times on my own all these years. I’m tough. You can try to see if you can curse me to death.”
“…RuZhou.” Shang Lü’s voice was a little hoarse. He reached out his hand, seemingly wanting to caress Xu RuZhou’s face, but stopped in mid-air.
Xu RuZhou looked at his hand and continued to press him, “So, do you want me or not? I just want to hear one sentence from you. If you think I’m a burden, I’ll leave now. I’ll go far away, and I won’t come back to bother your loving family again, okay?”
A trace of panic flashed in Shang Lü’s eyes as he tightly grasped Xu RuZhou’s hand, “You know I won’t let you go. You’ve suffered all these years.”
Xu RuZhou tilted his head slightly, looked at Shang Lü, tears glistening in his eyes, “Then, when you heard I was back, what did you feel?”
Shang Lü’s eyes brightened as he met his gaze, “I was very happy, I couldn’t wait to see you, I couldn’t wait a second to appear in front of you.”
A hint of satisfied smile appeared on the corner of Xu RuZhou’s lips, “It’s good that you know. But I secretly gave birth to Xu Chen behind your back. Will you be angry with me?”
Shang Lü looked at him dotingly, reached out and touched his hair, which was as thick and lustrous as ever, “How could I bear to be angry with you? This is also my own fault. You’ve lost weight again in the ten years since I last saw you.”
Xu RuZhou took Shang Lü’s hand and placed it on his waist, “That’s not true, feel here. Isn’t there still some meat?” Since he started working, his time for exercise had obviously been greatly reduced, and the meat on his waist wasn’t as firm as before.
Shang Lü gently pinched the flesh on his side, and his brow furrowed instantly, “Fool, your waist is also thinner. Don’t you eat properly when you’re busy?”
Xu RuZhou’s gaze became a little ambiguous as he looked at him again. He leaned closer to Shang Lü and said softly, “Instead of feeling sorry for me, you might as well pamper me properly. I’ve restrained myself a lot for you these years, but you, on the other hand, will have plenty of time in the future. I’ll slowly settle the score with you.”
Shang Lü’s expression froze slightly, and he looked around with some panic, “Don’t mess around here. The children are here.”
Xu RuZhou raised his eyebrows nonchalantly, “What are you afraid of? No one dares to come in without my permission.”
The omega lowered his waist, leaned closer to Shang Lü, his eyes with a hint of provocation, “You always said I was delicate, and I’d cry with just a light touch. Without you these years, I’ve had a much better time, and I’ve learned a lot more. Don’t you want to try?”
Shang Lü’s eyes darkened obviously when he heard this, a trace of complicated emotions flashed in the depths of his eyes where the other person couldn’t see, as if some memories from the past had been evoked.
Xu RuZhou didn’t pay much attention, so naturally he didn’t notice.
On the other side.
Shang Jue had just left the company when his cell phone suddenly rang. He took out his phone, and Shen ChiTai’s name was displayed on the screen.
The alpha quickly answered the phone, and Shen ChiTai’s strange voice came from the other end. His voice was sometimes soft and sometimes loud, his breathing heavy. He was so exhausted after just saying one sentence that he gasped for breath.
“Brother, are you okay?” Shang Jue’s brow furrowed instantly, his footsteps slowing down as he listened carefully to the man’s voice.
“I… I’m so hot… so burning… I feel uncomfortable all over…” The omega’s voice contained a trace of painful moaning.
“Where are you now, brother? I’ll be right there.” Shang Jue quickened his pace towards the parking lot.
“At home, at home, just arrived,” Shen ChiTai replied intermittently.
“I’ll be right back, you wait for me obediently.” Shang Jue hung up the phone, jumped into the car, started the engine, and sped away.
The alpha practically sped home, running several red lights along the way. If it was serious, he suspected he might have his license revoked.
He rushed straight into the room and saw Shen ChiTai lying on the bed, his cheeks flushed and his eyes blurred.
“A’Jue, how did you get in? You, you get out quickly.” When the omega saw Shang Jue, he struggled to get up, his voice with a trace of panic and a heavy nasal tone.
“Brother, are you in heat?”
“I’ve already used an inhibitor injection, I’ll be fine soon, you get out quickly.” Shen ChiTai stretched his neck slightly, warm tears welling up in the corners of his eyes.
He knew that if they got too close, he wouldn’t be able to help himself.
Shang Jue turned around and closed the door, taking big strides towards the person on the bed. The air was filled with the omega’s pleasant scent.
The alpha’s body uncontrollably wanted to get closer to the other person, his eyes burning hot, impatient, as if he couldn’t wait to tear Shen ChiTai apart and devour him: “Brother, but I’m so hot.”
Shen ChiTai struggled to sit up with difficulty, but after several attempts, he fell back weakly.
“Don’t… don’t come over…” His voice was pleading. Every time, he was half-willing and half-resistant. He really hated himself like this.
Shang Jue grabbed his ankle and forcibly pulled him over, pressing him down.
“Brother, you promised me, you’ll compensate me.” The alpha’s voice contained a trace of suppressed eagerness and desire.
“I… I didn’t…” Shen ChiTai’s mind was a mess. The compensation he was talking about was clearly not this, “A’Jue, you go out first, and I’ll compensate you after my heat is over. I’ll promise you anything then, okay?”
“But I can’t wait any longer. Brother himself called me, wasn’t brother hoping for me to come back?” Shang Jue’s eyes were fixed on Shen ChiTai, “Did you take medicine after what happened last time, brother?”
“Yeah.” Shen ChiTai nodded slightly, his two fair and slender legs unconsciously wrapped around Shang Jue’s sweaty waist, and then closed slightly in panic.
“Brother, it must be very uncomfortable, let me help you, okay?” Shang Jue leaned close to Shen ChiTai’s ear and said softly.
Shen ChiTai closed his eyes, desperately shaking his head, biting his lower lip tightly, his mind blank, “A’Jue, we can’t do this.”
“Who says we can’t? Brother, we can. Be good, smell what this is.” Shang Jue buried Shen ChiTai’s face in his arms.
Shen ChiTai obediently took a deep breath and asked dazedly, “Did you drink?”
“Fool.” Shang Jue looked at Shen ChiTai, who was a little dazed, and called out “Brother” twice in a low, hoarse voice in his ear. Shen ChiTai bit his lip tightly and then released it intermittently, just refusing to open his eyes.
A strong feeling of pleasure quickly attacked Shen ChiTai’s nerves. His whole body trembled as he leaned his neck back. The little bit of shame left in his remaining sanity was shattered by Shang Jue’s action.
Shang Jue gently rubbed his moist and delicate lips with his fingers, and Shen ChiTai took the initiative to extend his bright red tongue, wrapping his tongue around the other’s fingers, sucking and licking them as if he was sucking on something. His wet, thick eyelashes lifted slightly, his eyes filled with a thin layer of water, and his flushed, soft lips exhaled breath in a daze.
Shang Jue looked at the fine beads of sweat on Shen ChiTai’s forehead and his slightly moist temples, breathing heavily, and kissed the man’s half-red and swollen lips with crimson eyes.
“A’Jue, what if I get pregnant?” Shen ChiTai suddenly sobered up a little, a trace of worry in his eyes as he tried to escape.
Shang Jue’s body stiffened suddenly. He didn’t seem to have ever thought about children. Shen ChiTai also noticed the alpha’s subtle and inconspicuous reaction, froze for a moment, lowered his eyes, and didn’t continue to ask him this question.
It was only after surviving his heat that Shen ChiTai came to his senses and realized that he and Shang Jue had been messing around in the room for two days.
He suddenly remembered that he hadn’t taken his medicine yet, and hurriedly got up, barefoot, wearing only a shirt, standing on the ground, slightly bent over as he opened the cabinet next to him.
The omega rummaged through the cabinet, but the medicine that was originally in there couldn’t be found.
Shang Jue was pushing the door open and walking in from outside, holding food in his hand, “Brother, come and eat something to fill your stomach.” His eyes immediately fell on Shen ChiTai’s slightly upturned buttocks and two white and beautiful long legs exposed to the air. From his direction, he could see everything.
“Brother is letting me see this early in the morning. I won’t be able to help myself.” Shang Jue’s mouth curled up slightly, a fleeting smile flashing in the depths of his eyes.
Shen ChiTai quickly stood up straight, his hands hanging down at his sides as he pulled the hem of his shirt down, and said with some annoyance, “Don’t be so frivolous, where’s my medicine?”
“Medicine? What medicine?” Shang Jue pretended not to know and walked over to put the food on the table.
“Don’t play dumb.” Shen ChiTai supported his forehead and was quiet for a while, “I know you took it, give me the medicine quickly.”
“Brother, taking too much of that kind of medicine is bad for your health.”
“Give me the medicine.” Shen ChiTai’s tone was unquestionable.
Shang Jue finally couldn’t resist his insistence and returned the medicine to him.
Shen ChiTai took out two pills in front of them, took a sip of water, and swallowed them directly.
Shang Jue’s eyes darkened a little. Shen ChiTai’s legs were trembling so badly that he couldn’t stand for long and couldn’t help but sit back on the bed.
“Brother,” the alpha quickly took a half-step forward, then stopped, “Are you still feeling uncomfortable?”
Shen ChiTai’s expression was a little awkward, but he barely managed to steady his voice, “I’m much better now.”
“I ordered takeout, you should eat something first.” Shang Jue said.
“Where’s dad?” Shen ChiTai asked him.
“He’s not back yet, maybe he’s tied up with company matters and can’t get away.” Fortunately, he hadn’t returned, otherwise his and his brother’s affairs would probably have been exposed long ago.
Shang Jue didn’t care, but Shen ChiTai obviously didn’t want the man to know yet.
