Hate The Bright Moon Chapter 11
byChapter 13
Bai Shengguang was in his early forties. No matter how well he took care of himself, he wouldn’t look too young. But no matter how old he looked, he certainly didn’t look a generation older than Chen Shilü.
He must have seen the intimate gestures between Chen Shilü and Bai Shengguang through the car window just now.
He hadn’t realized this kid had such a sharp tongue.
If Chen Shilü had felt a slight twinge of guilt about their unpleasant parting last time, he was now thoroughly annoyed by Chi Huang’s jab. “Who I’m with is none of your business.”
“I waited for you for five hours. The mosquitoes in your complex are terrible.” He scratched his arm again. “I thought you might have gone to a hotel with someone, but you said you don’t like staying overnight with people, so I figured you’d come back.”
Chen Shilü frowned. “Didn’t I make it clear last time? Are you the type to relentlessly pester people?”
“You made it clear. You don’t want to risk your body, right? So I brought my medical report. Just done, everything is healthy.” He shoved the rolled-up report into Chen Shilü’s hand. “No problem now, right? Come on, let’s go to your place.”
“What? No… wait…”
Chen Shilü hadn’t expected this move. By the time he reacted, Chi Huang had already pushed him into the building and into the elevator.
As the elevator doors closed, Chi Huang asked, “Which floor is yours?”
“What are you doing! Are you crazy?” Chen Shilü raised his voice.
Chi Huang looked at him, maintaining that smile. “What else would I be looking for you for? Of course, to do…”
Before he could finish the word, Chen Shilü hit the button to open the elevator door. “Get lost!”
“Why? I did everything you asked.” He put on that innocent expression again, but pressed the close button. “If you’re too tired from just finishing up, I can wait for you.”
Chen Shilü felt a surge of anger and was about to explode, but the elevator door suddenly opened, and a familiar face stepped in, making him swallow his words. He had lived in this building for four or five years and knew his neighbors. This person lived downstairs from him.
The neighbor greeted him.
Chen Shilü forced a smile and returned the greeting.
The neighbor looked curiously at the unfamiliar face in the elevator, then at Chen Shilü, and casually asked, “Going out so late?”
“No, just got back.” He quickly pressed the button for his floor.
The neighbor got off first. As soon as the door closed, Chi Huang leaned against the car and asked idly, “Are you afraid of people knowing you’re gay?”
He wasn’t afraid, he just thought it was unnecessary. Who goes around telling their neighbors their sexual orientation? But he was too lazy to explain to Chi Huang.
The 15th floor arrived quickly. There were two units per floor, and Chen Shilü stood still, not opening his door.
He didn’t like people coming to his place, and he certainly didn’t bring people home to sleep, with very few exceptions. Clearly, Chi Huang didn’t qualify as an “exception.”
He figured his attitude and tone last time must have been too emotional and unconvincing, leading Chi Huang to misunderstand. So he lowered his voice, deciding to explain properly again. “Chi Huang…”
“Is your place on the left or the right?”
“Listen to me…”
“The right? Fingerprint lock. Which finger did you register?” He picked up Chen Shilü’s index finger, ready to press it against the panel.
Chen Shilü pulled his hand away. He was on the verge of exploding, but mindful of the neighbors, he kept his voice down. “Are you incapable of understanding human language?”
Chi Huang didn’t answer. He just glanced back and forth between the two doors, then raised his finger and reached for the doorbell on the right.
The instant he was about to touch the doorbell, Chen Shilü grabbed his wrist, pressed open the left door, and swiftly yanked him into the apartment.
He grabbed Chi Huang’s collar, pinned him against the door, and glared furiously. “You’re a complete scoundrel, you bastard…”
“I just missed you so much.” Chi Huang took the opportunity to wrap his arms tightly around Chen Shilü’s waist, silencing him, catching his further accusations and insults with his lips and tongue.
Chen Shilü shook his head, trying to evade him, but Chi Huang’s kisses followed relentlessly. After a few rounds, Chen Shilü was slightly breathless. He finally managed to tilt his head back, escaping the predatory kiss, and sternly denounced him. “What do you think you’re doing? Do you know that coercion is a crime?”
Chi Huang took advantage, kissing his neck and Adam’s apple. “…Getting blood drawn for the physical really hurt… The nurse took six vials. I was a little lightheaded afterward… I said I lost too much blood, and the nurse said I was just afraid of needles…”
“…”
In that brief moment of distraction, Chi Huang kissed his lips again.
This time, his kiss was much gentler, lightly swirling, carrying a hint of coaxing. “I specifically got a physical for you.”
“Don’t try to morally blackmail me…”
“I really will listen to you.”
“You’ll listen? I told you to get lost.”
“If I get lost, I won’t have a chance to listen to you.”
“I told you not to kiss me…”
Chi Huang immediately pulled back, simply looking at Chen Shilü up close with those deeply affectionate eyes, a smile playing in them.
Chen Shilü frowned. “Don’t touch me either.”
Chi Huang moved his hands back to Chen Shilü’s waist.
Chen Shilü’s frown deepened. “Don’t press against me!”
“You’re the one pressing against me.”
Chen Shilü looked down.
Chi Huang lifted his face, and the kissing resumed.
Refusing now would be playing hard to get, and Chen Shilü always followed his own needs. But he pushed Chi Huang away again. “Go take a shower.”
“I showered before I came. Smell me, I’m fragrant.” He tilted his neck, bringing it close to Chen Shilü’s nose.
“I haven’t showered…”
Chi Huang buried his face in Chen Shilü’s neck, taking two deep inhales. “Hmm, sweat, alcohol… and old man smell.”
“Don’t talk nonsense. I didn’t do anything with him.”
Chi Huang feigned surprise. “Oh? I thought old people finished quickly, so he let you go early.”
“…”
Chi Huang lifted Chen Shilü’s legs and picked him up directly.
Suddenly airborne, Chen Shilü instinctively wrapped his arms around Chi Huang’s neck. Before he could react, Chi Huang had carried him a few steps, and they tumbled onto the living room sofa.
In those few seconds, Chen Shilü’s outer shirt was already off.
This scoundrel was truly playing the long game, pushing and pulling to the extreme. If this continued, he would surely be led by the nose and fall into his trap again.
Chen Shilü scowled, grabbed Chi Huang’s long hair, lifted the head buried in his chest, and patted his face twice to make him clear-headed. “What happened to listening to me?”
“…”
“Go shower, or get the hell out of my house right now.”
Chi Huang clicked his tongue, knowing he couldn’t have his way, and stopped concealing his annoyance. “You are so troublesome. Where’s the bathroom?”
Chen Shilü led him to the guest bathroom in the living room. “Shower here,” he said, finding him a white T-shirt. “Put on clothes before you come out.” Then he went to the master bathroom himself.
When Chen Shilü came out after his shower, Chi Huang was waiting at the door with his arms crossed, complaining that he was slow, and reaching out to hug him.
Chen Shilü pushed his arm away, grabbed his collar, dragged him to the bed, and shoved him onto it. “Lie down.”
“Me lie down?” Chi Huang was a little skeptical, propping up his upper body with his elbows.
Chen Shilü straddled his legs, pressing his palm against his chest. “Yes, you lie down. You are to stay in this position and not move until I allow it.”
Chi Huang’s lips twitched, his expression not pleasant. “You don’t want to top me? That part, I…”
“I don’t force people,” Chen Shilü said impatiently. “Stop talking so much nonsense.”
“Then what are you doing?” Chi Huang asked, still lying on the bed, feeling uneasy.
“Teaching you what true pleasure is.” Chen Shilü lowered his head, his fingers slowly rolling up the edge of Chi Huang’s T-shirt. He dipped down, his lips brushing his navel.
This simple kiss was like a drop of water hitting hot oil. A bursting sensation spread from Chi Huang’s lower abdomen, making his abs tremble uncontrollably. He urgently tried to sit up, cupping Chen Shilü’s face, wanting to kiss him.
Chen Shilü forcefully pushed him back onto the bed, pinning his neck down with one hand, and scolded him from above. “I told you not to move! Move again and you’re really getting out!”
Seeing that he was serious, Chi Huang had no choice but to surrender and let Chen Shilü have his way…
This was the first time he had experienced this. In the past, he was always the rower, gripping the paddle, focused only on rowing desperately. Today, he was the boat.
Chen Shilü became the rower, and he swayed with the frequency of his strokes… No, more accurately, Chen Shilü was the water, the lake, the river, the boundless ocean. He was completely enveloped by him, surging with his current.
Gentle currents, turbulent currents, currents like raging waves under a storm, soothing currents that melted him, giant waves that smashed and shattered him, tiny ripples that repeatedly soaked his entire body, the feeling of every cell being washed inside and out… The water finally converged into the lake and sea, becoming a calm surface under the sunlight.
The exhausted lake lay beside him. This was completely insufficient; it felt like his appetite had just been whetted. He wanted to leap in, to soak his body and mind once more.
Chi Huang leaned over Chen Shilü, asking, “Again?”
Chen Shilü pushed him away and got up. “I’m tired. You should sleep too.”
“You’re letting me stay the night?”
“If I kicked you out now, would you leave?”
Chi Huang smiled. “I’m being so obedient, I deserve some reward.”
“Wasn’t what just happened enough of a reward?”
“Not enough.” He grabbed Chen Shilü’s wrist. “I’m not tired. This time, I’ll take the lead. I know what you like, I’ll do a good job.” Seeing Chen Shilü didn’t agree, he added, “I’m excited as hell right now, I definitely won’t be able to sleep.”
Chen Shilü pulled his hand away, rummaged through a nearby drawer, and pulled out a cup and a tube of lubricant, tossing them to Chi Huang. “Play however you want. I’m going to sleep.”
With that, he went to the room next door.
