After Being Forcibly Marked By My Fiancé’S Best Friend Chapter 2
byLian Xu struggled with all his might, but he was an Omega after all, and his strength was no match for Yin Zhuo. Especially when the Alpha, enraged to the extreme, released a suppressive pheromone that stung his scent gland repeatedly.
He regretted packing his luggage first. The first thing he should have done upon entering the room was change to a new, powerful barrier patch. If he had known the news about entering the Command Center would drive the Alpha mad, he definitely would have taken an extra dose of inhibitor as a precaution.
“Lian Xu, as long as you are my fiancée, you belong to the Inner Cabinet. Do not betray me, and certainly do not betray the Inner Cabinet.”
Fortunately, Yin Zhuo regained his composure in time, released Lian Xu’s hands, and turned back into the bedroom.
The powerful pheromone suppression left Lian Xu utterly exhausted. He slid down the sofa, cold sweat dripping onto the floor.
When it rains, it pours. Lian Xu was already weak from high-intensity combat, and now the stress had prematurely triggered his heat cycle.
He flipped over and crawled a short distance forward. The inhibitor he had just packed was in his bag. The base-supplied, potent inhibitor with minimal side effects—just one shot would restore his clarity and keep him stable for two or three days, no problem.
But Lian Xu hadn’t expected Yin Zhuo to be this furious. Even after the Alpha left, the pheromones continued to relentlessly attack the scent gland on the back of his neck. An unmarked, pristine scent gland naturally could not handle an external Alpha’s pheromones well, let alone such aggressive ones.
The back of Lian Xu’s neck felt like it was being sliced by a knife, forcing tears from his eyes, leaving him completely drained of strength.
Just then, the dorm room door suddenly opened.
A young, wild Alpha abruptly barged in.
“Yin Zhuo, my shower head broke. I came to borrow some hot…”
Mid-sentence, the Alpha froze.
The alluring scene before him tempted him to stop moving. His sister-in-law was in heat, sitting pitifully on the floor, crying, clearly desperate for comfort, yet his good friend was ignoring her.
He Yu knew Yin Zhuo was inside; they had returned together after training. It was just that his good friend didn’t care for his soon-to-be wife, preferring to hide alone in the bedroom, isolating himself from everything, rather than showing a little mercy and offering some comforting pheromones to the poor Omega.
“Sister-in-law is back. Why are you sitting on the floor?” He Yu asked, a smile playing on his lips, clearly knowing the answer.
Lian Xu glanced up at him but didn’t respond.
He Yu loosened the belt of his bathrobe, slightly opening his lapels to expose his firm chest, and slowly approached the Omega sitting on the floor.
“The floor is cold, get up quickly.” He reached out, pretending to help Lian Xu up, but had no intention of lifting him. His cool palm repeatedly kneaded Lian Xu’s side waist, through the black, blood-stained Military Uniform, as if trying to massage away every ounce of flesh on the Omega’s waist.
Lian Xu raised his hand and pressed against He Yu’s shoulder, trying to push him away. But his arm was weak and soft, having no effect.
“Inhibitor…” Lian Xu whispered.
“Hmm?” He Yu leaned close to Lian Xu’s lips. Their eyes met, and he could clearly see the confusion and desire in the Omega’s eyes. Jealousy drove him mad, making his actions rougher. “How can an inhibitor be as effective as pheromones, right?”
Tears welled in Lian Xu’s eyes as he glared fiercely at the insensitive Alpha.
He Yu merely smiled uncaringly and lifted him onto the sofa.
Seeing the two packed black backpacks nearby, he couldn’t help but ask, “Sister-in-law, where are you going with your luggage?”
Before Lian Xu could speak, He Yu continued, “Oh, the newly appointed Commander issued an order that all members of the Command Center must move into new dorms.”
The fiancée of a Prime Minister of the Inner Cabinet was appointed as a core member of the Command Center. The establishment of the Command Center was bound to put it at odds with the Inner Cabinet. He Yu didn’t know whether to call the Commander foolish or cunning.
“Why isn’t Yin Zhuo helping you move? Is he angry?” He Yu asked with a smile.
It was rare that something could actually make him angry.
“In that case, I’ll be kind and help you out,” He Yu said. “Where is sister-in-law’s new dorm?”
Lian Xu bit his lip and turned his head away, determined not to communicate with him.
He Yu didn’t get angry. Instead, he took out his Optic Computer from the bag, and his long fingers quickly tapped the screen a few times, easily unlocking the device.
He tutted, reminding him, “This won’t do. Sister-in-law, remember to set the highest security key, or leaking intelligence could land you in the Imperial Supreme Military Court.”
After speaking, He Yu casually slung the bag over his shoulder, then picked up the weak Lian Xu in his arms and headed toward the new dorm.
At this time, everyone was still training, so there weren’t many people in the hallway. But Lian Xu couldn’t stop his mind from racing, afraid of being seen, so he buried his head in He Yu’s chest.
He Yu’s bathrobe was half-open. Lian Xu didn’t realize he was pressed tightly against the Alpha’s openly exposed chest muscles, enveloped by the unique male Alpha hormones while in heat.
He Yu also seemed afraid of being discovered, quickening his pace. Soon, he found the new dorm, pulled out Lian Xu’s new ID card, and swiped it against the electronic lock.
The environment was brand new, everything was set up. Lian Xu only needed to bring his usual toiletries and clothes.
It seemed this Commander was quite thoughtful.
He Yu placed Lian Xu on the bed.
An Omega in heat is extremely sensitive. Realizing he was in an unfamiliar environment, Lian Xu instinctively grabbed hold of He Yu, but the Alpha suddenly dodged, leaving him grasping at air. His hand flailed, barely catching the bathrobe’s belt.
He Yu straightened up naturally, seemingly unaware, and the belt was pulled off by the strengthless Omega.
A blood-red scar, about the length of a forearm, was visible on his firm lower abdomen. It looked like a fresh wound, and the superior lines of his V-cut, leading down to his groin, were fully exposed.
Lian Xu stared blankly, momentarily stunned, completely unaware of where his eyes were straying. Even the Omega’s expected modesty was forgotten as he stared straight at the Alpha before him.
He Yu raised an eyebrow, picked up the bathrobe from the floor, but didn’t put it on.
Instead, he knelt on the bed, his fingers unbuttoning Lian Xu’s Military Uniform. “Your clothes are dirty, take them off.”
Lian Xu’s eyes were clouded by the sight of the Alpha drawing closer, and he lost his rationality. Like a porcelain doll, he allowed He Yu to remove his Military Uniform and then put the Alpha’s bathrobe on him.
“Do I look good?” He Yu tilted Lian Xu’s chin. “Compared to your fiancé, which one looks better?”
The word “fiancé” suddenly dragged Lian Xu back to reality. He violently pushed He Yu away.
“Get out.”
He Yu smiled helplessly. “Use me and toss me aside? Sister-in-law, you’re too heartless!”
Covered in too much of Yin Zhuo’s pheromones, Lian Xu trembled, enduring the pain these pheromones caused him.
Inadvertently, he heard He Yu let out a soft tut.
Then, the Alpha’s entire body crashed into him, pinning him tightly beneath, his palm cupping the moist, delicate opening.
“You’re already wet. How pitiful!”
“Your incompetent husband can bear not to help you. Is he unwilling or unable?”
Lian Xu glared at He Yu, feeling wronged and angry.
The two had grown up together, practically inseparable. How could He Yu not know what Yin Zhuo was thinking? He was simply trying to provoke him deliberately.
Lian Xu tried to ignore the meaningless words, but the harder he tried to ignore them, the clearer it became how dispensable he was to Yin Zhuo.
The perfect fiancée in everyone else’s eyes was probably less important than a pet to Yin Zhuo.
Yet, he had to endure all of this.
He Yu always liked to stare into Lian Xu’s eyes when he spoke. Seeing him so sad and distressed, a wave of irritation surged within him.
He lowered his head and kissed Lian Xu’s lips.
Even in heat, Lian Xu reacted quickly, dodging the kiss.
He Yu only managed to kiss the corner of his mouth. He knew this was an instinctive reaction from a soldier. But he was annoyed by the defensive move Lian Xu subconsciously made against him.
“He won’t even spare you a comforting pheromone, not even a little. Why are you still thinking of him?”
He Yu got up, parted Lian Xu’s legs, flipped him onto his stomach, and then straddled his waist, pressing down again.
“It’s been a year. Did you miss me? I missed you very much, sister-in-law!”
Lian Xu didn’t speak, either too tired to open his mouth or deliberately ignoring him out of anger.
“It must have been so hard on the battlefield, with so many Alphas around, relying only on inhibitors during your heat,” He Yu continued. “I really wanted to go to the battlefield and keep a close eye on you for your fiancé!”
Lian Xu kicked him, a soft, weak movement that didn’t hurt He Yu at all.
He slowly released comforting pheromones. The increasingly rich scent of white camellia enveloped the dazed Omega. Lian Xu was gently caressed by this tender pheromone. The stinging sensation gradually faded, replaced by a refreshing sensation that flowed into his body.
A body that resisted all Alpha pheromones was not entirely incapable of accepting external pheromones.
The white camellia and his cedar scent merged perfectly.
If pheromone blending required some degree of the host’s willingness, then Lian Xu must have lowered his guard slightly toward He Yu, giving the cunning white camellia an opportunity.
Feeling the pheromones being accepted, He Yu could no longer resist covering the Omega’s scent gland with his warm lips. His tongue swept over the slightly raised gland, and the person beneath him suddenly shuddered.
His palm slid under Lian Xu’s waist and abdomen, resting just below his navel, kneading gently.
Lian Xu was soothed by the white camellia, feeling as if he had fallen into soft clouds. Even the clamoring anxiety and restlessness in his bones were quietly calmed.
But before long, a completely different scent, carrying an irresistible, powerful force, abruptly merged into this tranquility. It wasn’t the anticipated warm white camellia, nor the calm high mountain cedar.
The fierce scent was like a thin blade quietly drawn in a snowy night, its sharp edge condensing deadly frost that pierced the bone marrow. However, this chilling aura didn’t last long before it gradually faded, and a nearly scalding tide surged in, completely engulfing Lian Xu.
It was not the gentle comfort from before, but a scorching, profound declaration and possession. The Alpha’s dominant pheromones precisely captured the lingering, trembling excitement deep within the Omega’s heart, leaving an undeniable brand.
Lian Xu struggled to open his eyes in a haze. Through his blurred vision, a tall, slightly disheveled figure stood like a hungry wolf, eyeing him menacingly. The Alpha had somehow flipped him over and was looking down at him with dangerous, confused eyes.
Lian Xu’s vision gradually cleared, and his strength returned somewhat.
He immediately widened his eyes, bent his knees, and kicked the Alpha.
He Yu grabbed Lian Xu’s ankle, narrowed his eyes, and laughed. “Eat and run? Why are you so heartless?”
“After all, I helped sister-in-law solve an urgent problem. Kicking me like this isn’t nice!”
Lian Xu bit his lip.
The relief was real; he could honestly say that relying only on inhibitors had never achieved this effect. But… “eat and run” was nonsense. Whether they had “eaten” or not was debatable, but if He Yu truly wanted to help, he could have simply given him an inhibitor shot. Why use this method?
He could see the scoundrel’s intentions instantly.
From the first time he met He Yu, the scoundrel couldn’t hide his naturally seductive scent, or rather, he never intended to hide it. The pheromones, fond of flirting, were constantly trying to please. His wolfish ambition was obvious, known to all except his useless fiancé, whose heart was set on the Inner Cabinet.
Then again, Yin Zhuo’s heart wasn’t with him, so how could he know?
He Yu always liked to look into Lian Xu’s eyes when speaking. Seeing him so sad and distressed, a wave of irritation surged within him.
He lowered his head and kissed Lian Xu’s lips.
