    Shadow Blade

    Shadow Blade

While Yi Shang, Jichuan, and Zhang Yao were tracking members of the “Shadow Blade” organization, their spaceship’s energy system suddenly malfunctioned. Yi Shang frowned tightly, quickly returning to the cockpit, skillfully operating various instruments, trying to troubleshoot the problem. “What’s going on?” Jichuan asked anxiously, Zhang Yao also looking at Yi Shang with a worried expression. Yi Shang didn’t answer immediately, she stared intently at the energy monitoring screen, quickly analyzing the data.

After a while, Yi Shang finally spoke: “A key component of the energy converter is damaged, probably impacted when passing through the cosmic ray interference zone earlier.” The spaceship’s speed gradually slowed down, the “Shadow Blade” organization’s spaceship drifting further and further away, eventually disappearing from sight. Yi Shang bit her lip, her heart full of unwillingness, but she knew that the top priority was to repair the spaceship.

The three acted quickly, searching for spare parts in the spaceship’s storage compartment. However, after searching the entire storage compartment, they found that there were no suitable parts to replace it. Yi Shang fell into contemplation, and after a moment said, “We’re still some distance from the nearest supply station, it seems we can only try to make a temporary replacement ourselves.”

Yi Shang, Jichuan, and Zhang Yao are all outstanding students of Xingyao Academy, possessing solid scientific research knowledge and practical skills. They used the existing materials and tools on the spaceship to start making a temporary component for the energy converter. Yi Shang, relying on her deep understanding of energy principles, was responsible for design and guidance; Jichuan and Zhang Yao assisted from the side, carrying out precise processing and assembly.

After hours of effort, the temporary component was finally completed. Yi Shang carefully installed it on the energy converter and started the spaceship’s energy system. The spaceship emitted a slight vibration, and then slowly restored power. Yi Shang breathed a sigh of relief, but she knew that this temporary component was not stable and must go to the supply station as soon as possible for a complete repair.

The spaceship accelerated towards the direction of the supply station. During the flight, Yi Shang was thinking about the “Shadow Blade” organization. She knew the danger of this organization and also understood that time was pressing, if they couldn’t stop them as soon as possible, the consequences would be unimaginable. At the same time, she was even more worried about Jiang Wan’yuan’s safety, wondering if the “Shadow Blade” organization had already attacked Jiang Wan’yuan.

Finally, the spaceship arrived at the supply station. This was a busy station on the interstellar trade route, with various spaceships coming and going, docking here for supplies and trade. After Yi Shang parked the spaceship in the designated location, the three quickly disembarked, looking for parts and technical support to repair the spaceship.

In the supply station’s trading market, Yi Shang, Jichuan, and Zhang Yao inquired everywhere, finally finding a reputable repair shop. The shop owner was a short, green-scaled alien merchant. After carefully inspecting the spaceship’s energy converter, he nodded and said, “This component is quite severely damaged, but I happen to have suitable parts to replace it. But the price is not cheap.”

Yi Shang did not hesitate at all, and said, “No problem, please fix it for us as soon as possible.” The alien merchant smiled and then started to repair the spaceship. While waiting for the spaceship to be repaired, Yi Shang walked around the supply station, trying to inquire about the “Shadow Blade” organization from other crew members.

She came to an interstellar tavern, which gathered crew members and explorers from various planets. Yi Shang found a corner to sit down, quietly listening to the conversations of the people around her. Suddenly, she heard several crew members at the next table talking about the “Shadow Blade” organization.

“Did you hear? Recently, the ‘Shadow Blade’ organization has been active in this area, they seem to be looking for a powerful energy source, which is said to allow them to rule the entire universe,” said a tall, tentacled crew member.

Another crew member with a scar on his face interjected: “Hmph, the ‘Shadow Blade’ organization has always been restless, they cause trouble everywhere, I don’t know what big commotion they’re going to make. But they act secretly, it’s difficult for ordinary people to find their tracks.”

Yi Shang’s heart moved, she stepped forward and asked softly: “Do you know where the ‘Shadow Blade’ organization might be active? I’m very interested in them.” The crew members looked at Yi Shang warily, not answering immediately. Yi Shang understood their concerns, took out a precious energy crystal from her pocket, and placed it on the table: “As long as you provide useful information, this is yours.”

Seeing the energy crystal, the crew members’ eyes lit up. The tentacled crew member said: “I heard that the ‘Shadow Blade’ organization has a secret base in a place called ‘Dark Moon Vortex’. That is a dangerous area in interstellar space, filled with powerful gravity and energy storms. But I don’t know the exact location either, only the general direction.”

Yi Shang thanked them, put away the energy crystal, and returned to where the spaceship was parked. At this time, the spaceship had been repaired. Yi Shang told Jichuan and Zhang Yao the news she had just received, and the three decided to immediately head to the “Dark Moon Vortex”.

The spaceship set sail again, heading towards the “Dark Moon Vortex”. As they got closer to the “Dark Moon Vortex”, the space around the spaceship began to distort, and the strong gravity made the spaceship’s flight extremely difficult. Yi Shang gripped the joystick tightly, fully controlling the spaceship, fighting tenaciously against the gravity.

“Everyone hold on tight, the situation is not good,” Yi Shang shouted. Jichuan and Zhang Yao each grabbed onto the fixtures around them, they knew that any small movement at this time could affect the balance of the spaceship. The spaceship shook violently under the pull of gravity, and various instruments emitted harsh alarms.

Just when Yi Shang was about to lose her grip, she suddenly remembered what Jiang Wan’yuan had once said to her when facing a similar predicament: “Don’t give up, we can definitely overcome the difficulties.” Yi Shang took a deep breath, concentrated her mind, and with her tenacious willpower and superb driving skills, finally successfully broke through the gravity zone and entered the “Dark Moon Vortex”.

The inside of the “Dark Moon Vortex” was pitch black, with only the occasional flickering energy storms emitting eerie light. Yi Shang turned on the spaceship’s special detection equipment, searching for traces of the “Shadow Blade” organization’s base in this darkness. After some searching, they finally found a hidden base near a huge energy vortex.

The base was protected by a powerful energy shield, surrounded by various defensive facilities. Yi Shang knew that entering the base would be no easy task. She carefully observed the base’s defensive layout, trying to find a flaw. Suddenly, she noticed that the base’s energy shield fluctuated briefly each time an energy storm passed.

Yi Shang’s heart stirred, she said to Jichuan and Zhang Yao: “We can use the cover of the energy storm to break through the energy shield. But this requires precise calculation and perfect coordination.” Jichuan and Zhang Yao nodded, indicating they understood.

The three began to prepare nervously. Yi Shang calculated the time of arrival of the energy storm and the pattern of the shield’s fluctuations, Jichuan was responsible for adjusting the spaceship’s energy output and weapon system, and Zhang Yao closely monitored various monitoring instruments, reporting the situation at any time.

When the energy storm struck again, Yi Shang seized the opportunity, piloting the spaceship towards the energy shield. At the moment when the shield fluctuated, Yi Shang increased the spaceship’s energy output, breaking through the shield. The spaceship successfully entered the base, and the alarm sounded immediately.

The members of the “Shadow Blade” organization quickly discovered their intrusion, and a group of people wearing black armor rushed towards the spaceship. Yi Shang, Jichuan, and Zhang Yao quickly picked up their weapons, walked out of the spaceship, and engaged in battle with the members of the “Shadow Blade” organization.

Yi Shang was agile, the energy sword in her hand danced with great force, each attack accurately hitting the enemy. Jichuan and Zhang Yao were not to be outdone, they cooperated tacitly, using the spaceship as cover, launching fierce counterattacks against the enemy.

In the battle, Yi Shang discovered that the members of the “Shadow Blade” organization seemed to be protecting a huge building deep within the base. She guessed that Jiang Wan’yuan might be imprisoned there, or that the core plan of the “Shadow Blade” organization was being carried out in that building.

“Jichuan, Zhang Yao, let’s find a way to rush towards that building, that might be the key,” Yi Shang shouted. The three cooperated with each other, breaking through the enemy’s defenses, rushing towards the building. However, just as they were about to approach the building, the leader of the “Shadow Blade” organization appeared.

The leader was tall, wearing a suit of armor emitting purple light, holding a huge energy battle axe in his hand. He looked at Yi Shang and others coldly, and said: “You thought you could break into our base so easily? Today is your death date.” After saying that, he waved his battle axe and chopped at Yi Shang.

Yi Shang quickly dodged to the side, the battle axe chopped on the ground, splashing a burst of sparks. Yi Shang launched a fierce duel with the leader, the leader’s strength was powerful, each attack carrying a strong force, Yi Shang could only barely resist. Jichuan and Zhang Yao wanted to come forward to help, but were entangled by other members of the “Shadow Blade” organization and could not escape.

In the fierce battle, Yi Shang gradually figured out the leader’s attack patterns. She seized the opportunity, and when the leader attacked again, she suddenly launched a counterattack, hitting the leader’s arm with the energy sword. The leader felt the pain, and the battle axe in his hand loosened slightly. Yi Shang took the opportunity to step forward and kicked the leader in the chest, knocking him to the ground.

Yi Shang didn’t give the leader a chance to breathe, she raised the energy sword, preparing to deliver a fatal blow. Just then, the leader suddenly took out a remote control from his waist and pressed the button on it. A harsh alarm sounded in the base, and a strong energy barrier appeared around the building, blocking Yi Shang and others outside.

“Don’t even think about destroying our plan!” The leader struggled to stand up, and said fiercely. Yi Shang knew that she must break through the energy barrier as soon as possible to stop the “Shadow Blade” organization’s plan. She quickly observed the structure of the energy barrier and found that she could break the barrier by interfering with its energy source.

Yi Shang, Jichuan, and Zhang Yao began to search for the location of the energy source within the base. After some searching, they finally found the energy source in a corner of the base. It was a huge energy crystal, emitting a strong light. Yi Shang picked up her weapon and attacked the energy crystal.

There were some small defensive devices around the energy crystal, constantly firing energy beams at Yi Shang and others. Yi Shang, Jichuan, and Zhang Yao dodged the attacks while attacking the energy crystal with all their strength. Under their efforts, cracks finally appeared in the energy crystal.

With a loud noise, the energy crystal shattered, and the energy barrier disappeared as well. Yi Shang and others quickly rushed towards the building. After entering the building, they found it was filled with various advanced instruments and equipment, and in the center of the building, a huge energy core was operating, surrounded by some “Shadow Blade” organization members busy at work.

However, they did not find Jiang Wan’yuan here. Yi Shang’s heart was full of disappointment, but she did not give up. She walked up to a member of the “Shadow Blade” organization who was operating an instrument, pointed the energy sword at his neck, and asked: “Where is Jiang Wan’yuan? What did you do to her?”

The member was so frightened that he was trembling all over, and said: “I don’t know… Jiang Wan’yuan is not here. We are only responsible for activating this energy core, once it is successfully activated, the entire universe will be under our control.”

Yi Shang’s heart tightened, she knew she must stop them from activating the energy core immediately. Yi Shang, Jichuan, and Zhang Yao launched the final battle with the members of the “Shadow Blade” organization. In the battle, Yi Shang discovered the control device of the energy core, she rushed towards the control device at all costs.

Just at the critical moment when the members of the “Shadow Blade” organization were about to activate the energy core, Yi Shang successfully destroyed the control device. The energy core emitted a violent vibration, and then gradually stopped operating. The “Shadow Blade” organization’s plan was successfully stopped, and seeing this, the members fled in all directions.

Although Yi Shang, Jichuan, and Zhang Yao successfully stopped the “Shadow Blade” organization’s crazy plan, they still did not find Jiang Wan’yuan. Yi Shang stood in the center of the base, looking at the surrounding wreckage, her heart full of loss and confusion. However, she knew she could not give up, Jiang Wan’yuan must still be waiting for her somewhere.

Yi Shang, Jichuan, and Zhang Yao left the “Dark Moon Vortex” and returned to Linxi First High School. They knew that the road to finding Jiang Wan’yuan was still long and difficult, but they would not retreat. At the academy, Yi Shang continued to study and research hard, trying to find Jiang Wan’yuan’s whereabouts from more knowledge and clues. At the same time, she also informed the academy’s higher-ups about the “Shadow Blade” organization, hoping that the academy could strengthen its defense against similar dangerous organizations.

Yi Shang firmly believed that one day, she would reunite with Jiang Wan’yuan, no matter how many difficulties and challenges she had to experience, she would not give up.
