TVMCC Chapter 42
by VolareChapter 42: Is this better?
Adhering to the principle of loving the house and its crows, the man in black found Jiang Qiu a guest room on the first floor.
“Where does the young master sleep?” Jiang Qiu stood still and asked.
“Second floor.”
“I want to sleep on the second floor.”
The man in black paused and turned to look at Jiang Qiu, “You are a servant, servants sleep on the first floor.”
“I am a servant of the Yun family, not the Yi family.” Jiang Qiu finished speaking and was about to go to the second floor. Now that he had entered the Yi family, he naturally had to see the young master.
The man in black stood in front of Jiang Qiu, “Don’t make things difficult for me, I’m just following orders.”
Jiang Qiu slightly raised his chin, glancing at the stairs, “I won’t make things difficult for you, I’ll just go see the young master and come down.”
During the stalemate between the two, the S-rank alpha pheromones leaked out slightly.
The man in black gave way after a few seconds, “Five minutes.”
Jiang Qiu didn’t respond and went straight upstairs.
The man in black didn’t tell him which room the young master’s room was, but the light pink door must belong to Yun Yi.
He knew that Yun Yi didn’t have the habit of locking the door, so he opened the door quietly. A dim, warm light peeked out from the room.
Yun Yi was not asleep, just sitting at the table, wearing a milk-white bear pajama, holding a chess piece in his hand. He didn’t even raise his head when he heard the sound of the door opening, as if he hadn’t heard it.
The moment Jiang Qiu saw Yun Yi, a smile rippled in his usually indifferent eyes.
He didn’t speak, closed the door very quietly, walked to the opposite of Yun Yi and sat down, took a white piece and placed it on the chessboard.
Yun Yi raised his eyebrows slightly, seemingly very satisfied with Jiang Qiu’s actions.
He dropped a black piece, waiting for Jiang Qiu to continue.
The young master was smart and had improved rapidly in just a few days, determining the outcome within fifteen moves.
Yun Yi tapped a piece on the chessboard, pushed it lightly with his fingertips, and looked at Jiang Qiu with a smile.
The person who falls in love must look away first when their eyes meet.
Jiang Qiu coughed lightly, unconsciously rubbing the white piece in his hand, “I lost.”
“Yeah, you’re so stupid.” Yun Yi said.
Having won a game, Yun Yi lost interest, leaned lazily back in the chair, and kicked Jiang Qiu with his toes, “Do I smell like braised spareribs?”
“Huh?”
Jiang Qiu felt that the young master was not stubborn and didn’t care about anything.
“How can you still smell the scent and come over even when I walk so far away?”
Jiang Qiu: “…”
He grabbed Yun Yi’s foot, feeling that it was cold. He lifted the hem of his shirt and put Yun Yi’s foot on his stomach.
Yun Yi stretched out his other foot and put it on as well, mockingly saying, “Jiang Qiu, are you a dog?”
Jiang Qiu held Yun Yi’s feet and swallowed, not feeling mocked at all. He frankly admitted, “Yes.”
The smile in Yun Yi’s eyes deepened. He slowly stretched out his hand, palm up, “Come here.”
As a result, all of Jiang Qiu’s nascent romantic thoughts vanished.
He looked at Yun Yi helplessly, not reaching out, but putting his chin on it. His dark eyes were full of Yun Yi’s reflection, and he parted his thin lips slightly, “Master.”
Yun Yi was amused and couldn’t close his mouth, kicking him hard, “Get out!”
The young master went to bed after he had played enough.
Rarely, he found that he still had the problem of being a light sleeper. He was sleepy but couldn’t fall asleep no matter how much he tossed and turned.
Jiang Qiu followed behind him, looking at the person in front of him with his pants rolled up to his ankles. His footsteps slowed down, and the memory of the young master insisting on getting on top but not being able to hold on and wobbling suddenly appeared in his mind.
He suppressed those offending thoughts and habitually asked, “Young master, do you want to wash up?”
Yun Yi stopped and glanced at Jiang Qiu with a “are you sick?” look. When his eyes passed by, his face instantly darkened.
He sneered, “Jiang Qiu, chop it off.”
Jiang Qiu: “…”
Jiang Qiu washed up himself. When he came out, Yun Yi was already lying obediently, the comforter pulled up to his chin, revealing only his small face.
His round eyes were half-closed, looking a little sleepy, “Come here.”
The two had shared a bed for a while, and this habit had probably developed in Yun Yi. A large space was left empty beside the bed, a space that belonged exclusively to Jiang Qiu.
There were no pajamas for Jiang Qiu here, and Yun Yi’s pajamas were too small for him, so he only wrapped himself in a bath towel.
Turning over in bed was a big movement, revealing a bit of skin.
Yun Yi couldn’t stand any ugly things, so he raised his foot to kick, but Jiang Qiu intercepted him halfway. His face was a little red, looking into Yun Yi’s eyes, forced to speak in a low voice, “Young master, you can’t.”
Yun Yi snorted coldly, his eyebrows and eyes full of disgust, “So ugly.”
Jiang Qiu was greatly hit.
His pheromones were disliked, his identity was disliked, and now even his *thing* was disliked.
“…Sorry.”
After speaking, he lowered his eyelids and obediently lay down beside Yun Yi, covering himself tightly with the comforter, not revealing a bit of skin, with a slightly dejected expression.
Yun Yi turned sideways, scrutinizing Jiang Qiu’s face, and finally realized after a few minutes that the big pet he raised seemed to be sulking.
“Are you sad?” Yun Yi asked.
“…No.”
“But your scent tells me you’re sad.” After speaking, Yun Yi felt that he hadn’t made it clear, so he added, “Very smelly.”
Jiang Qiu: “…”
Even more dejected.
Jiang Qiu’s alpha pheromones were suppressed as he looked at Yun Yi, “Will this be better?”
Yun Yi didn’t speak, reaching out to poke Jiang Qiu’s chin, feeling the short stubble under his fingertips, “Why do you grow this?”
Jiang Qiu raised his hand, his fingertips just touching Yun Yi’s fingers, wanting to keep this soft touch for a little longer, so he pressed down.
“Everyone grows…”
Before he could finish speaking, he saw Yun Yi’s clean lips, and he forcibly swallowed the rest of his words, “Alphas grow it.”
Not only alphas, but even omegas would grow it.
But Yun Yi didn’t, he was clean, like an ungrown child.
Mostly because of the illness, or perhaps because of the medicine.
But he couldn’t tell the truth, or the young master would be sad.
Yun Yi suddenly thought that this world had secondary genders, and he was a very useless omega.
He pulled his hand back, glaring at Jiang Qiu when he couldn’t pull it away.
He turned over, only showing the back of his head to the person behind him, “You’re annoying.”
Jiang Qiu looked at the few strands of hair that were sticking up because Yun Yi turned over, and suddenly laughed, somewhat understanding why the young master said he was annoying.
He thought of the rumors about the Yun family’s young master.
He would equally hate everyone around him who was healthy.
So, was Yun Yi envious?
Jiang Qiu didn’t know, but Jiang Qiu wanted to know. He reached out and gently touched Yun Yi’s shoulder, “Does the young master also want to grow it?”
Yun Yi paused, ready to slap Jiang Qiu’s hand away. He tilted his head slightly, his tone more pleasant than before, “Do you have a way?”
“I do.”
In the next second, Yun Yi turned his head, his chin raised slightly. The two were so close that their breaths would intertwine.
But Yun Yi didn’t care, only asking, “What way?”
